My Case as explained on phone clearly highlighted the challenges I faced, why I faced and the plan I had to overcome the challenges I faced. The attorney was very inconsiderate during the conversation. I think he is highly overrated to be a immigration attorney who chickens out on a challenge whic...h can be overcome. Instead of seeing where the discrepancy is, this attorney was least interested to hear me out and was keen on just shutting down the discussion, especially when I told him that I had already overcome this objection while pursuing the GC Sponsorship of My Husband Who already cleared the I-130 Approval, He said a statement that I recieved an RFR because finally my file is being read, indicating the USCIS is incompetant enough to give I-I-130 approvals without reading the application material at hand. He clearly Failed to Realise what was causing the roadblock the Permanent Resident Card delivery and instead of seeing the direct correlation is the consequence being faced by me, despite having all the supporting material on hand to get my immigration case clearance and obtain my Permanent Resident Card, due to my cause of taking powerful people who didn’t deliver me my justice to accounting courts......He said my case didn’t have strength. I Can Assuredly Say, Mr.Jay Nunez as an Immigration Attorney is overrated who cannot understand the Impact Violence on Women has impact on every aspect of their Business. I Cannot Recommend Him for Any Advice Consultations as the high review of an attorney has to come from how competently they handle case where they have to go deep than just look at every case as a cookie cutter case, which even AI Automation can donwhich you don’t need an attorney who spent time getting law degree for. He scared the hell put me saying I would loose my GC and my case is being sent for GC Revocal Procedure than point out at the Fallacy of Justice System that this is a direct consequence of the Law Enforcement and Courts not taking action enough on the Massive Organization and Fight By Me to Fight Abuse on Women affecting their Personal Life, Professional Image, Health is Self and of Family Members and Immigration delays while the offenders obtain the citizenship. attorneys as Mr.Jay Nunez threaten me a Victim and Survivor of Violent Crime of Having a GC Revocal than Invoke the Citizenship Revocal of the Offender(Who is Directly and Indirectly Responsible for this Situation) along with the Misconduct of Previous Immigration Attorneys. Due to the Negligence of the Previous Immigration Attorneys, my Spouse whose priority date became current as of August 2018 is still waiting for his Consular Processing(Despite having all the papers proving the Financial and Legal Documentation of support by June 2018 itself). Due to their Misconduct, My Citizenship which should have been procured by March 2019 got delayed and I had to opt to do the GC Renewal in September 2019. I Don’t Recommend attorneys such as murthylaw and mr.jay nunez.
