Seriously do that! Or at least start with consulting them about your immigration case. I can promise you you will realize right away you are in right hands. Me and my company worked with Mr Subhan several times in the past years and he and his team always delivered. He always found time for me and answered my questions. Provided exquisite guidance throughout the whole process. Our case I believe was a very challenging one. It was an L1 new office extension and I was applying under functional manager category. I think that might be one of the hardest cases to work on because there are a lot of points for misinterpretation. But thanks to attorney Subhan's thorough, precise and perfectionist approach, it was a success!

Best Immigration Lawyer

My company was looking for a best immigration attorney. The case was quite complicated, so we needed someone who can handle it well. It was clear from the beginning that Mr iliSubhan is extremely knowledgeable and competent. I would say to everyone that do not waste your money for initial consultations with other lawyers, book your time with Mr. Subhan you will not be disappointed. We spoke with quite a few lawyers before going ahead with Mr. Subhan! He is fast, proactive and knows exactly what to do and he is always available. He is kind of attorney, if he thinks he cannot do something he will tell you. He handled a very difficult RFE for a PERM petition as well as filed the PERM and i140 both approved. He made things look simple, because he is the best Immigration lawyer, he has reasonable costs and good value for money as compared to other lawyers. I highly recommend him.

5 stars won’t do any justice to the service given by Ili. He’s very professional and helpful.

We hired Ili Subhan for our marriage green card processing. Everything was handled professionally without having to meet in person. All the documentation was processed electronically and securely. Ili even took a mock interview before we went down for an actual one at field office. Through out the process Ili not only kept us posted about the next steps but also just a message away. All the tech applications Ili uses not only to safely store all the important documents, but also to keep the communication easier left us speechless. Don’t waste your time looking for any other attorney. Believe me Ili is the guy I would blindly trust for all my immigration related needs.

Successful Green Card Experience

Ili provided all of the assistance we needed to get through the green card process. Whenever we had questions or desired more information he was prompt to respond to us. The system Subhan Law Office has set up is very convenient in that it requires no meetings in person. Everything you need is online or via Slack. Prior to the actual Green Card interview he will have a video chat with you to go through all possible questions and scenarios and allay any worries or fears you have. He informed us he has a 100% success rate and I can see why. Definitely recommend Subhan Law Office to help you navigate the Green Card process.

Subhan Law Office - Green Card

Mr. Subhan was incredibly helpful for my wife and I. Her and I met in college and got married. As two college grads, one would think we could figure out how to do the marriage green card and post marriage visa paperwork. Well, that would be wrong. My wife and I are extremely happy we hired Ili for his guidance, and expertise in the citizenship process. Ili Subhan's hard work, attention to detail, and thoroughly laid out steps and guidelines made it so that we had a clear path to follow. When my wife obtained her green card it truly felt as if a weight had been lifted off of our shoulders. We will forever thank Ili for his help. Amazing Immigration Attorney!

My wife and I had an amazing experience with Ili Subhan's law office! He walked us through each step of the marriage green card process and made sure we were extra prepared for our interview. He walked us through every possible question and scenario, did a video mock interview and everything went smoothly! He worked with us making sure we had all the necessary tax forms, proof and supporting documents as well. Also, we we're impressed that he uses all the latest technology like Slack for communication and Clio for seamless document management and video calls to make the process easy for the client. We highly recommend Mr. Subhan, he is definitely our go-to attorney from now on!

Green Card Support

My now husband and I sought out the help of a lawyer when applying for his green card as it was a totally foreign process to the both of us. We felt incredibly confident in Ili's knowledge and track record that it was a clear choice. After establishing the relationship, Ili assured us of the seamless process, and it was exactly that. Aside from the necessary work on our end gathering the information, the rest was easy. We submitted our applications and required information and were kept up to date with our status from that point onward. When it came time for our interview, our nerves were put to rest after our "mock" interview with Ili. We completed the interview and were immediately granted our approved green card. We couldn't imagine going through this process without the help and support of Ili and his team. Having moved out of the area, he will still able to clearly help and direct us through this process via e-mails. phone calls, and additional support applications. The online phone apps made the process easy. His response time was prompt and answered any and all of our worries and questions along the way. I would absolutely hire Ili for future needs and would recommend him to any friends or family in the area.

Great guy for contract consulting

Ili read an employment contract for me and took the time to explain everything paragraph by paragraph. He also gave me recommendations on how to change items in my favor. I never felt rushed. He worked with my schedule to find a time and talk. I was very impressed with his professionalism and promptness.

Ili Subhan was very helpful, timely, and professional when helping my husband apply for permanent residency. This was a process we were very unfamiliar with and he made the process so much easier. He told us exactly what we would need to submit, the approximate timeline, and what to expect. Ili Subhan made a process that seemed intimidating very easy. We recently received my husband's green card and if we would have to go through the process again I would definitely choose Ili Subhan. NIW Immigration matter

Atty Subhan is very professional hardworking lawyer. He has been instrumental in my successful NIW application. He has guided me all through the process and acted in my best interest. He has been kind enough to talk with my employer representative on one occasion to represent my case. Admirable thing about Atty Subhan is that he always follows up with clients by returning calls replying to emails in timely fashion. It is evident that he lays greater importance on client satisfaction and want to leave no stone unturned in order to ensure the same. This includes repeats himself several times and researching on information to best assist client. I have interacted with many attorneys during my career in US and I can say with fair reliability that I have not worked with anyone as prompt and as eager to help as Atty Subhan. I can also say with good authenticity that he has great personal qualities due to which he has been a good friend of mine and a go to person for me for any legal advice apart from my NIW which he has dealt with diligently. Awesome Service

He was there for my wife and I through the entire green card application process, gave me his personal cell number if I had any questions, and kept his office open to us whenever we felt the need to talk to him in person. His service was simply awesome and I will refer family and friends to him.
