Excellent: Professional, Honest, Compassionate
Thanks to Stuart Reich, I am now a US citizen. Stuart had helped me to obtain a green card, and when the time came to file my application for naturalization, I retained him once again with complete confidence. Stuart provides exceptional service: he is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, reliable, and honest. He is also compassionate and understanding towards his clients, and his humanity is most helpful and reassuring. Stuart explained to me the naturalization process, projected a realistic timeline, answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly, and advised me about what to expect at every stage. Thanks to his impeccable preparation and guidance, my application has been approved without any issues. Working with Stuart has been a real pleasure and I cannot thank him enough for the happy conclusion of my immigration saga.

Excellent!
I started to work with Stu for my H1B case from reviewing. At that time, Stu not only gave me his suggestions for the petition letter and other materials but also almost rewrote a new vision of the letter, which gave me lots of help. Because of that, I really began to trust him. And then additional material was asked for the case. This time, I wanted to transform my whole case under Stu's name. He told me how to do it meanwhile showed his respect to other attorney's work. During that time, he helped me to prepare everything and always replied my question quick and detailed. With his amazing work, finally I got approve after almost ten months waiting. I had recommended Stu to several friends have the same situation as me. If you are looking for a reliable and professional attorney with full of experiences, Stu is the one that you're looking for.

Excellent, Highly recommend Stuart
Thanks to Stu, both myself and my wife are now US Citizens. Stu explained the Naturalization process from start to end, gave expected timelines and answered all our questions. Stu was extremely responsive throughout the process and always willing to take the additional effort to make sure that we understand what's going on. He did an amazing job helping us prepare for the interview. We can't thank him enough for his help.

Approved B2/E2
There are not enough words of gratitude for Stuart Reich as an immigration lawyer! I remember I interviewed many immigration lawyers before I found Stu but he is beyond excellent. For over two years he helped me successfully get two different visas approved and helped me navigate this process in a calm efficient way. What I appreciate about Stu is not only that is he personable and adaptable but he gets the nuances of immigration law. So he has excellent instincts, advice and strategies for all kinds of different cases. I highly recommend him and will continue to use his services in the future with my ongoing immigration journey.

Highly recommend Stuart for any Immigration Related Cases!
I rarely write reviews, however, I wanted to take the time to say thank you to Stuart and his team. Stu is not only professional, but is one of the few lawyers in NYC who seem to genuinely care about each case he represents. He’s very good at articulating and breaking down the process in a way that I could understand easily. Stu was responsive throughout the process and has always promptly and patiently answered my MANY MANY MANY questions even when he was on vacation! Immigration can be a very stressful and nerve-racking process that you definitely do not want to go through by yourself, and Stu was able to always keep me well informed and helped me obtain my green card smoothly.

Superb knowledge and professional service
Stuart managed everything from my H1b (work visa) start to my family's permanent residency process. From our first meeting I was very impressed with his in-depth knowledge and his commitment to my case. He was always on top of things, keeping us informed, and replied to all my questions, no matter how many. I cannot praise Stuart enough and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone needing the best professional advice on US immigration.

Highly Competent, Prompt, Attentive, Empathetic & Personable Immigration Attorney
The H-1B process can be a very stressful process to go through for an applicant like myself. I had many questions about the H1-B process - timeline, documents required, etc and Stuart answered them very promptly and he is also empathetic towards my situation. He is very professional and knowledgeable in H-1B visa matters and he brings a sense of calmness to my overzealous questions - as I was afraid about the integrity of my H-1B application. I'd definitely recommend him to anybody who wants to have their H1-B petition filed with their employer.

A Truly Fantastic Attorney
Stuart is unlike any lawyer I've had in the past. Although I could list his professional strengths, of which there are many, I was most struck by the patience and genuine kindness with which he treated me. It's great to have a responsive lawyer who pays extreme attention to detail and exhibits unparalleled expertise in the field. Still, it's even better to have one who manages to use that expertise to make a nerve-wracking H-1B visa process much less so through his "roll with the punches" attitude.

Trustworthy, kind, patient, responsive, professional. Best attorney ever!
I would highly recommend Mr. Stuart Reich for his law services. When I first came to him I though I have a difficult case for obtaining a permanent Green Card but he calmed me down immediately and assured me there is nothing to worry about. He made the application process very easy where he was always on point with the paperwork he needs from me, responding emails in short time, giving explanatory answers to every question, as well as filing on time. When USCIS asked for additional paperwork he handled that with ease as well and with all his help I obtained my Permanent Green Card even earlier than expected. What mattered to me the most were his words from our first meeting how despite of my difficult case I will end up obtaining it so I kept repeating that while I was waiting. In other words he gave me confidence by being trustworthy, very kind and on the other hand very responsive and professional. Thank you so much Mr. Reich.

Highly recommend Stuart
We hired Stuart by recommendation from my friend who confidently claimed that Stu is the best immigration lawyer he ever worked with. And now I can confirm it from my own experience — Stuart J. Reich is a very professional, detail-oriented and highly experienced immigration attorney. We had a chance to work with him regarding RFE we got from UCSIS for our case and we never regret it. He always responded timely and provided honest replies to our questions regarding our case, process and possible outcomes. Looking forward to work with Stuart in the future. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Great Job!
Mr. Reich was always honest with me during all my immigration process. He answered my e-mails in a timely manner and did a great job explaining me and my wife the process step by step. My immigration process run smoothly and we didn't receive any sort of Request for Evidence, which could delay the process. That said, I would definitely recommend him for my friends and family.

Excellent! Amazing! Extremely Lucky to Have Stuart as our Attorney!
We found Stuart through Avvo based on the extremely high recommendations that he had received from others. He was absolutely amazing to work with and helped us understand and navigate the process. He was extremely attentive and very responsive to any questions (and there were a lot!) we had or any clarifications that we needed. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and made the process so much smoother and easier for us. Definitely the best and we consider ourselves to be very lucky to have him as our attorney. Very highly recommended!

Excellent expert in immigration
We were recommended to Stuart's services by another couple who had used him to help them with their immigration process. He was incredibly knowledgeable, an excellent communicator and his office was terrifically responsive to all our questions. An overall brilliant experience in light of all the stress that comes with immigration situations. We are so happy we chose Stuart and his firm to guide us.

DON’T LOOK ANY FURTHER! HIRE HIM!!!
My husband and I were looking for a lawyer to help us with filing for his green card/citizenship. Stuart popped up and based on the reviews we went for a consultation and I am so glad that we did! HE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Very professional, organized, and knowledgeable! His communication throughout this whole process has been nothing but the best. His paralegal, Joe Massamo, was also available to help us with questions as well. He gave us a realistic timeline for everything and even when we had concerns, he was there to aide us. He’s worth the price! Overall he made an annoying experience an easy one. My husband received his green card within the expected timeline. Thank you so much Stu!

It has all been a wonderful experience with Stu on our side
My wife and I were apprehensive in selecting an immigration lawyer this time after our first did not end quite as we expected it. We never like an over the phone consultation as it lacks that personal connection and I felt like we were under time pressure the whole time. Stu was recommended to us by my sister who in turn was recommended by a friend. This must have said a lot about Stu’s good reputation as an immigration lawyer. We immediately scheduled a personal consultation with him. He made a good impression already on our first meeting, he was on time and very cordial. Our consultation went very smoothly, there was no time that we felt pressured and stressed talking about our immigration predicament. He took the time to explain to us in simple language what is possible and did not gave us any false hope. At the end of the our consultation, we already knew that Stu would be our lawyer and we never felt far more confident moving forward. His prime interest is to have you as a long term client but never to take advantage, he never mind giving more. We went through the pain staking process of family based immigration, everything in clock work precision with him. For somebody whose not familiar with the steps, this would be a nightmare. He was with us every step of the way from filing various documents ensuring every information were all correct. He was prompt and precise in all aspect and he never lose time as he knows time is of the essence. Our case did not went through without a hitch, 2 RFEs both for myself and my wife were sent. We responded to both RFEs as how Stu instructed us and never doubted him. I got my green card in 5 months which is extra ordinary but my wife’s took a bit of time. The long wait for my wife’s green card made us anxious but never lose hope, end of story she got her green card in the end and that what matters the most. I can remember sending emails every now and then to Stu for updates and follow throughs and he never failed responding to us every time. Never we felt he was annoyed or impatient. He is one customer oriented lawyer you can find out there. I would highly recommend to anyone his service anytime. We are truly thankful from the bottom of our hearts for his help and guidance. It would not turn out as wonderful of an experience without him on our side. More power Stuart Reich!

Stuart is a great attorney; highly recommended
I found Stuart through his Avvo profile and retained him for my Green Card application. First off, he is a clear communicator and responds promptly to questions and inquiries. Working with him goes very smoothly as he understands your problems and concerns well and carefully takes them into account. Stuart is very detail oriented and has great knowledge of not only the law/precedence but also how USCIS adjudicates subtle cases in practice. Moreover, he has very high integrity and ethical standards. He tries to make sure that everything provided in the application is 100% accurate and truthful. Over the past year I have interacted with several immigration lawyers and I can say for sure that Stuart has been the best!

Oustanding Immigration Lawyer
I have been in the country now for 12 years and have had a number of different laywers helping me with my immigration needs from student VISA to work VISA to now finally my Greencard. I have to say Stuart has been by far the most responsive and empathetic lawyer on that journey. Not only was his preparation and support impeccable, but he also does so with a human touch, outstanding responsiveness and a kind demeanor. I can not recommend him stronger!

As Co-Chair of the Committee on Immigration and Nationality of the New York County Lawyers' Association, I have had to organize many CLE courses, and Stu has always been ready and willing to share his knowledge, and his reviews have always been outstanding. Highly competent, thoughtful, professional, and caring are only some of the words I would use to describe him. "Stuart and I are members of the New York County Lawyers’ Association (NYCLA) Immigration Committee. I first met Stuart years ago at one of the Committee’s meetings; since then, both of us have attended numerous such meetings. In addition, I have referred numerous employment-based cases to him; it is a subspecialty of immigration law that I do not handle, as I have limited my practice to family-based immigration. On the basis of the tremendous knowledge of the law, as well as the graciousness to his colleagues, that Stuart always displays at these NYCLA meetings; my personal and professional communications with him over the years; and the extremely favorable feedback regarding his work and personality that I have consistently received from clients whose cases I have referred to him, I have only the utmost respect and affection for this extraordinarily capable and conscientious lawyer."

"I highly recommend Stu Reich. He is a top-notch immigration attorney and a wonderful person. We first met while working as attorneys at an immigration law firm in 1997, and have remained in contact since that time. Over the years, we have worked on projects for the New York Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association such as the advocacy/media committee and a 2009 article and presentation at the AILA NY Chapter conference. I consider Stu to have a comprehensive knowledge of employment-based immigration. He is a great lawyer and a great friend."
