⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Attorney – Both Cases Dismissed!

I can’t express enough gratitude for Jennifer and her expertise. She successfully got both of my cases dismissed and even had my arrest record removed—like it never even happened! From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. While legal representation can b...e expensive, Jennifer’s services were worth every penny. She made a stressful situation much easier to navigate, always keeping me informed and fighting for the best outcome. Thanks to her, I can move forward with a clean slate. I highly recommend Jennifer to anyone in need of a skilled and dedicated attorney. I’ll definitely be staying in touch—but not because I plan on getting into trouble again! This was an honest mistake, and she made sure it didn’t define my future. Thank you again, Jennifer!

Greatest Decision

Where do I begin with how great Jennifer is? I found myself getting into some legal trouble, with three big felony cases. Jail time was certain. Beyond stressed was an understatement. Thanks to Jennifer, and her expertise with matters like this, I was able to not only stay out of jail, but had ...a couple of my cases dropped. Jennifer was able to have my case brought down to a misdemeanor within a year. She held my hand throughout the entire process. Reassuring me, helping answer every question I had. She is a no bs, zero frills type of attorney. She’ll give you straight answers, and her opinion on legal matter, never giving you false hope. Jennifer knew the personnel at the courts our case was held at. She is very good at what she does, I would highly recommend Jennifer. She has a client for life.

Patient, Understanding, & Intelligent

One of my family members suffered a psychotic break and ended up in county jail. She had the dedication and professionalism to go to the courthouse everyday until the jail would produce my brother. She went everyday for over 6 weeks. When we finally got in contact with my brother, she was able to ...convince him of cooperating, which is a big milestone itself since most people suffering from psychological breaks may not be receptive to help from a stranger. When she would discuss the legal strategies, you can tell she's very experienced and knowledgeable. She made sure to explain all the questions I had regarding the strategy and the legal system. It's hard enough to manage a family member and their mental health, let alone their pending court case, but she was kind enough to help me manage my immediate family and their misconcieved understanding of both mental healthcare and the law. Most professionals would dismiss it as not their problems, but not Jennifer. Like I said, kind and smart. It's a good professional combination.

No regrets choosing Ms. Le as my attorney!

About 6 years ago, I was referred to attorney Ms. Le by a friend of mine. At the time, I knew nothing about legal and had put myself in a bad position in a Domestic Violence case. Ms. Le helped me with all aspects of my Domestic Violence case from listening to my story and concerns to getting me the ...best result in court. I’ve actually seen Ms. Le in court speaking to the judge to get me the absolute best result. Even though I still received a misdemeanor, I know it could have been worst without Ms. Le. Recently, I have returned to Ms. Le for an expungement to my case to pursue new career options. She guided me through the process and my Domestic Violence case was dismissed quickly. I will now be able to pursue my passion for helping others in my career.

Jennifer is a Guardian Angel by my side.

My case is a bit of a complex Criminal Charge where I started out as the victim, but after the fact, charges were brought against me. Initially a Detective contacted me a week and change after certain events occurred under the guise of asking me to bring in some paperwork to “get this misunderstandi...ng all cleared up”. It was at this time I decided to contact an attorney for legal advice before proceeding. Jennifer came highly recommended as an experienced attorney versed on all sides of the legal system. Once she heard my story she advised me not to speak to the detective again and that she would handle all communication on-going. She contacted the detective and let him know she would be representing me and that I would be cooperative within my legal rights. The detective feigned a gentlemen’s promise to work with me thru Jennifer, however, Jennifer warned me that he COULD and MAY try to pull something underhanded even so he had offered his word. It was a few days later, which coincidentally happened to be the Friday before Christmas, the detective decided to show up at my apartment with a walk-in warrant. I wasn’t home thankfully and was able to get in contact with Jennifer immediately, at which point she set up plans for me to walk into court the day after Christmas and post bail from the bench without ever being arrested (there is no arrest on my record). Thanks to Jennifer I did not have to spend Christmas in a cold cell, and instead surrouned the warmth and comfort of my family. From here on Jennifer has fielded numerous calls, texts, emails, and even office visits from me to placate my need for reassurance. I have a medical history of severe panic/anxiety attacks which have only been exacerbated by this legal battle, while Jennifer has always responded with unbridled empathy. There were times when she spent upwards of an hour on the phone with me as well as in person in her office to adequately address any/all of my concerns. Thru out a constantly evolving case Jennifer has been a resilient, account-for-any-and-all-options attorney. She never guaranteed a specific outcome, rather she laid out all of the possibilities and fortified my defense with a plan of action for each accordingly. I don’t mean just one plan, I mean plan A, B, C… Z Another highlight: Thru out the long legal process, I had the rude awakening of realizing you really are NOT innocent until proven guilty, as I had to deal with pending charges showing up on background checks for employment. Jennifer drafted a letter detailing my predicament and even offered to speak directly with HR if that wasn't enough. It was enough for HR to issue a waiver and I got the job even so I was facing charges. Thank you Jennifer for bring the razor's edge to my defense coupled with the solace of human compassion.
