Nathan Mubasher Failed Me.
Communications with Nathan were through telecommunications. Nathan seemed like a respectable attorney at first. Replied last March 19, 2019I have never met this client in person but was very patient with her. After representing her professionally on multiple legal matters, she unfortunately began experiencing erotic transference, and began engaging in unwanted sexual harassment with 100's of emails and voicemails. (Erotic transference is characterized by repetitive and compulsive demands that when not met, can convert into hatred). I professionally advised her to seek therapy so as to not jeopardize her case, and she attempted to do so but the therapy failed. She kept promising to respect the professional relationship but then would repeat her patterns of behavior. I was radically patient with this client but then fired her after becoming concerned for my own safety as this client's transference finally escalated to her telling me she wanted to leave her husband and have my baby, despite never even having met me, and then sending me poetry with suggestive firearm violence imagery. After I fired and blocked them, the client then deleted the 5-star review they gave me 3 months earlier on 8/25/17. THE ORIGINAL 5-STAR REVIEW: Title of review: Mr. Nathan Mubasher - Expert of the highest caliber. Body of review: I hired Mr. Mubasher several times and experienced the highest quality of care. Nathan showed me exactly what it was to experience the greatest of care, compassion, reliability and unquestionable ethics adhering to the optimum in sentinel with my cases and I definitely could not have asked for anyone better, as Mr. Mubasher in my eyes, was and is; simply the best there ever will be in legal history and future. I felt so safe in his legal care and his wonderful qualities exceeded every single one of my expectations, so much so, that I had to ask myself, does this brilliant lawyer hold a Doctor of Juridical Science? (Which, by the way, is the highest degree a lawyer can hold) Because, it certainly seems like he does with his meticulous and dedicated nature. Mr. Mubasher was always timely, always there for me, always took the time to explain the process, such a professional lawyer, I couldn't believe just how lucky I truly was for having him as my attorney when I needed him the most. Mr. Mubasher would promptly answer my calls within a reasonable amount of time, sometimes within minutes, I always felt like I had an open line of communication with him, whether it be via email, or telephone, like a legal guardian angel. Mr. Mubasher never once gave up on obtaining justice for me, and that's exactly what anyone deserves and should expect out of a lawyer, and I certainly got that with him. I highly recommend Mr. Mubasher for his excellence in service, for his wonderful nature, his compassion, his care, his intelligence, his methods. Absolutely everything about Mr. Mubasher is exactly what every attorney should epitomize, Mr. Mubasher sets the standards for what an attorney should stand for. Just looking at his academic achievements, his awards; are stunning to behold and shows what a brilliant shining diamond I had the respectful honor to work with.
