Shaun Anderson Sullivan

I hired Shaun after being arrested for: felony resisting arrest, two counts battery of a peace officer, and obstruction. He walked me through all the steps my case would take leading up to trial and knows how the system works. To whom it may concern, I have known for a while that from time to time, we regular folks for reasons that may or not have merit, find ourselves in need of professional help. By now, you probably have information on some of these professionals; a Doctor, an Accountant, Dentist, etc. You call them at regular intervals or when a postponable need arises. Now, I am not sure just how often you need a Lawyer, specially one that specializes in criminal law. I am 48 years old and never had the need for one, until recently. I have a couple of friends who happen to be lawyers but do not specialize in criminal law. Another friend told me about the best criminal lawyer he had met once over 20 years ago. His last name was Sullivan. I look him up, but unfortunately he passed away some years ago. Then I learned that all that knowledge and experience had not just faded away with his departure. My case dragged for almost two years, and at the end, the District Attorney (DA) had no choice but to ask the Judge to dismiss the case. Shaun was very knowledgeable in the DUI field. He had many ideas and was able to reduce my penalties by a lot. Super friendly and totally felt like he had my back and even was willing to help with my alcoholism problem. If I had the urge to drinking to give him a call any time.

A former employee of the company I own went rouge and stole many of our customers accounts. When a police report was made against him, he tried to get a restraining order against me. Shaun guided me through the whole process, was knowledgeable about it, and gave me confidence in the case. Ultimately the judge denied any and all claims against me and did not even grant a temporary restraining order (almost never heard of) thanks to Shaun. I'm not one to post a false review, as it's misleading to others, and generally dishonest. So please know that when I say Mr. Sullivan was not only a pro and much needed breath of fresh air, he was, at the time, a godsend. Mr. Sullivan was firm but understanding, hopeful but realistic. He singlehandedly turned my fears into hope. Months later, I was able to get back on my feet and move forward. Later, it was Shaun's knowledge and education and personal advice that helped me move forward and eventually thrive! While I haven't been in need of legal advice of this sort in the past, I do know that if more people in any industry were as insightful and understanding as Mr. Sullivan, the world would be a much better run place, if not happier. I was so grateful for Mr. Sullivan's help, I had no choice but to recommend him to the son of one of my oldest, and dearest friends. I'm sure he'd give the same review. While that is a private matter, I can tell you their family is more than happy with the fair and just outcome. They did mention that it was Shaun's youth that gave their son the trust he was looking for in a lawyer. Certainly experience counts for a lot, however, indifference and bitterness are never welcome at anyone's table, especially when family is involved. I pray I never have to call Mr. Sullivan for legal help again, but it's his business card I keep in the front of my wallet. Shaun Anderson Sullivan is a wonderful attorney! I called his message service and he got back to me the same day on a Sunday (no less)! He is very prepared and has a wonderful disposition! He helped me with a issue I had with a retail neighbor who had just moved in. My establishment had been there 14 years. The new neighbor broke their lease agreement, as we had an exclusive on bath and body products in the building. When I notified my property manager regarding the issue, the neighbor retaliated by filing a restraining order saying I held her against her will while she did a pedicure. Though the temporary restraining order was denied, they still wanted to go to court. Shaun was so prepared I never had to utter one word to the judge.
