I highly recommend David Booth

David came into my case late in the game after my very contentious divorce case was already 3 years old when my previous attorney basically disappeared for several months. David stepped in and effectively learned about my case in record time. We got prepared for trial in March 2016 but it was delayed... by the court until June 2-3 2016. When we got to court June 2nd, they had scheduled 7 other hearings that day and the judge was going to be out at 3:30 that day and the afternoon of the next day. So, we essentially had 1:30-3:30 June 2 and 10:30 to noon June 3 to finish a 2-day trial. I was very disappointed since the divorce had already dragged on for so long and it seemed as if we wouldn't be able to finish it with so little court time. The morning of June 2 while the judge was working on the other 7 cases, David had the idea to work on settling at least some things that would help reduce our trial time. He is a very effective negotiator and has a way of being assertive without being threatening. My ex seemed to respond very well to his personality. The end result is that we ended up being able to settle EVERYTHING by 4:30pm on June 2. I highly recommend David. My only regret is that he wasn't my attorney from the start. I think my divorce would have been finished much quicker had he been my attorney all along.

Genuine, Ethical, Personable

Contact Mr. Booth the day before Custody Modification case (I am petitioner, non-custodial) for which I was representing myself. My intentions were to pay a small fee for a phone consultation so I could see if I was moving in the right direction. Mr. Booth asked a couple of questions, told me he had ...a couple of cases at the same courthouse the next morning himself, then invited me to meet with him briefly before court was in session. He gave me 20-30 minutes of his time, gave me some information that I would need going forward, affirmed the aspects of the case I was handling correctly, and told me to look for him after my court appearance and tell him how it went. After my appearance I discussed the outcome and he was very supportive, provided insight, and even complimented me for doing my homework on some of my arguments. I asked him what kind of retainer he charged for cases of this nature and what I owed him for him help thus far. His retainer was extremely fair vs. other attorneys of similar experience, and told me all of the time he gave me up until that point was "on the house." I will disclaim here: do not attempt to solicit free advice from any legal professional; always be ready and able to pay for services rendered, which I was in this case. Though the agreement reached that morning between myself and the respondent is still working just fine, I will without a shadow of a doubt hire Mr. Booth should I have the need to address the situation again at any point in the future. He is knowledgeable, supportive during an obviously stressful experience, and talks to you in a manner which makes you feel like a friend rather than a client. Highly recommended.

Highly Impressed

I went to Dave Booth extremely leary of hiring yet another attorney, but I was served with paperwork and was frantically searching for help when I came across this website. In all honesty I am glad I did, Dave is an amazing lawyer! He met with me the same day, he was both comforting and confident and... assured me I would not be sorry that I hired him. He was right! He definitely does his job and goes the extra mile for his clients. I hope I won't need him again, but he is the only one I would go to if I did.

Amazing Family Lawyer... David Booth

David Booth is a trustworthy lawyer. Honest. Hard working. He took on my very challenging case: First it was a safety plan I needed to protect my daughter. Second, a move a way order. Third, to have my ex husband pay half of all the past and current medical bills he did not pay me a penny for in over... 3 yrs. David Booth has been direct and to the point with all my challenges. Works hard and continues to represent me and my family's best interest first always, even when the truth or outcome hurts. Mr. Booth will fight for your cause til the end and do what is right! Money does not dictate this lawyer... his morals, ethics, and standards to do. He is an amazing lawyer and one I will continue to use in all my cases as they come along. He is outstanding. Also, when he isn't sure about something... he will get the correct information and consult with his senior partners as he continues to learn and grow in his speciality. He will be a powerful force as he continues in his practice! He is not one to sugar coat anything! Direct. Honest. Knowlegable. Goes above and beyond. This is what make David Booth an outstanding family Lawyer!!

Knowledgeable and Supportive Client Advocate

I had a very difficult case dealing with the abuse of my adolescent son's stepmother towards my son. It has been going on for too long without my knowledge and once I found out, I needed to intervene. Naturally, I was very upset - an emotional wreck really. I just wanted everything solved in the way ...I saw fit and my rational thinking was off. David was able to handle my case with a sound mind and really helped me through the whole situation. He was there with each step making sure that I was completely informed about what was happening both on my side and her side. When complications rose regarding noncompliance and restraint, he made sure I kept calm during consultations and during the courtroom. He worked with me to find compromises that I was satisfied with. We brought these compromises to court and finally, after a drawn out, stressful case, we found a resolution. We now have an appropriate restraining order in place which the father of my son is also involved in and compliant with. I definitely recommend David as a family attorney. He's very knowledgeable and supportive. I always felt like he was on my side and advocating for my needs and making sure everything was justified. He's easy to talk to and empathetic. He was always open to talk and understand more about the case and we were always billed appropriately.
