Truly Grateful for David Booth

From the moment I met David Booth, he was very realistic about what I could expect with the outcome of the case. He remained honest throughout and maintained integrity and accountability as he managed my case. He was very professional and always on time if not early. David Booth was there when I need...ed him and was very supportive. He remained cool, calm and collected when things felt stressful for me. When anything came up, he promptly responded to my emails and any concerns that I had. Going through any kind of legal matter with the court system can feel overwhelming and intimidating. David Booth assisted me every step of the way. He had a very down to earth easy to talk to vibe and treated me like a human being. I felt like he cared about my case and cared about getting the best outcome possible. I appreciate the work he put in and the negotiating skills that he used with opposing counsel. Once an agreement was reached, he went over all of the paperwork with me and at the courthouse sat down with me and went over the orders line by line to ensure that I would be signing something that I understood and agreed to. He didn't just hand me the orders to sign without reviewing them with me and that helped me a lot. I am grateful for the great experience I had with Mr. Booth and all that he did for me.

Excellent - wish I could hire him

David kindly agreed to meet me late today for a consultation after his busy court day. I needed a second opinion & advice on a proposed settlement agreement before finalizing it. I've had problems getting my attorney to focus on my case and am desperately trying to avoid going to trial to settle, whi...ch is only a few weeks from now. I was just planning to talk through some options with David. Within minutes, he found a serious issue in the proposal. I hadn't caught it, my attorney hadn't catch it. Turns out I'm not in a very good place with my case. Unfortunately David can't take my case, he'll be out of town soon. Wish I could say he was on my team.

Dave is the right choice!

David Booth and his team of attorneys are real life-savers. I came to them at one of the darkest times in my life and could not have been more pleased to have someone who will answer all my questions, respond to all my phone calls, and guide me through the court process so smoothly. These guys are gr...eat. They know how to be aggressive when its time to be aggressive and they know how to play it cool when it is time to be cool. They negotiated me a settlement that exceeded my expectations. They provide the type of attentive and intelligent representation you would hope for. If you need fantastic representation, David and his team are your pick. Did I also mention they are honest? People can say what they want about attorneys, but these guys treated me beyond fairly at every turn. I could tell they care more about their clients than they care about money.

I read a review by a separate client of David and it rang a bell . Same issues . I found David to be very knowledgeable and understanding . He did not push, but advised with the pros and cons of any decision moving on . David is what we all want in a lawyer strength and humanity. His representation... brought the case to a favourable conclusion for me .

I highly recommend David Booth

David came into my case late in the game after my very contentious divorce case was already 3 years old when my previous attorney basically disappeared for several months. David stepped in and effectively learned about my case in record time. We got prepared for trial in March 2016 but it was delayed... by the court until June 2-3 2016. When we got to court June 2nd, they had scheduled 7 other hearings that day and the judge was going to be out at 3:30 that day and the afternoon of the next day. So, we essentially had 1:30-3:30 June 2 and 10:30 to noon June 3 to finish a 2-day trial. I was very disappointed since the divorce had already dragged on for so long and it seemed as if we wouldn't be able to finish it with so little court time. The morning of June 2 while the judge was working on the other 7 cases, David had the idea to work on settling at least some things that would help reduce our trial time. He is a very effective negotiator and has a way of being assertive without being threatening. My ex seemed to respond very well to his personality. The end result is that we ended up being able to settle EVERYTHING by 4:30pm on June 2. I highly recommend David. My only regret is that he wasn't my attorney from the start. I think my divorce would have been finished much quicker had he been my attorney all along.
