I have more than 16 years of experience practicing in the areas of Domestic/Family Law, Criminal Defense and Restraining Orders and more than 25 years of experience in the legal field.  Right out of high school I pursued my interest in law by working as a legal assistant continuing up to, and including, law school.   Upon being licensed by the State of California, I went into solo practice and never looked back.  I do what I love, which is helping people through their toughest times and that is why my practice is focused in everything domestic and criminal.

Divorce is difficult, to say the least. Sabrina and Vicki were my support while I was unable to stand up for myself...by myself. They are real with you and will fight for you. Highly recommend this team.

Sabrina
was wonderful as was her assistant, Vicki; my divorce went on for 2 1/2 years due to my first attorney not doing his job; my ex-husband was horrible through this process, hiding assets, imputing me with the money, they managed to get my money for me and get my own personal assets into Morgan Stanley and T. Price Rowe, they saw this divorce to its conclusion. I would recommend Sabrina highly.

Fantastic Attorney and a Great Caring Person
First time I worked with Sabrina C. Fernandez, Esq. was during my divorce settlement in 2004. The way she managed the case and her caring touch seeking the true best interest of my beloved child and the parties involved (fairly, intelligently and justly) sold me on her services. Since then. I have been put in the unfortunate situation to have to revisit custody matters due to a lack of cooperation from the other party and a reasonable meeting of minds among the parties involved seeking what is truly best for our minor child. Because of this reason, I have been recently in the need to work again with Sabrina. I personally would choose her every time as there is no other attorney I would trust as much as her handling these type of delicate family matters. A great caring attorney who truly understands the love of a Father and how much (individuals like me) care for the true well being of our children and how much it means to be part of their lives... In my experience, Sabrina is one of the best attorneys in the field and by now a great friend as well. HF

I have been dealing with Family Court Custody/Visitation issues with a difficult other parent for about 12 years. Over the years I have been traumatized by lawyers that have represented me and sucked me dry financially but mase no difference in my case. At a point, I was giving up on hiring another lawyer, but a friend recommended Sabrina Fernandez because she heard great and fair outcomes from a friend who hired Sabrina as an Attorney in Family Law Court. Sabrina Fernandez helped me in a dark time and in a short time! She is understanding, knowledgable, and respected in the courts as I have learned from other top lawyers! She was easy to talk to, is professional in approach, and overall has given me a positive light and reminder that there are truly caring lawyers out there! the outcome of my case cannot be better than what Icurrently have now... And Im glad that I concluded so many years of battle with Sabrina Fernandez representing me and being by my side. I truly recommend her to anyone who needs representation in Family Law Court...100%! Recently I needed a child custody order of modification written and submitted to the court. Sabrina was prompt and answered all of my questions. Sabrina made it very easy for me so that I did not have to worry about anything. I would recommend Sabrina to anyone that needs a family law attorney.

Best Attorney I've Dealt With.
Sabrina was recommended to me by a family friend as I needed a specialist in family law. Sabrina was referred to me from one of the most prominent attorneys in Southern California since his case load was full. Immediately, I knew she was the right attorney for me. She was kind, compassionate, and always responded in a timely manner. She successfully defended me in a Home Owners Association Case , and later, a domestic case where she managed to have all charges dropped by the judge. I consider her not only one of the best and most diligent attorneys I have ever met, but also a friend. She is honest, reasonable, and will fight for your rights. I can't recommend her highly enough. Amaziing!
I have used Sabrina's services several times and have never been anything but happy with my outcome. She is a wonderful lawyer in court and outside of the court house. She listens and is always on your side. Even when I felt the worst was going to happen she assured me she was going to take care of me to the best of her ability and made me feel secure in my decision to have her as my representation. I trust Sabrina with any case i may have in the future so much so that I even referred a good amount of my friends to her, and they all had great outcomes as well. Sabrina has never let me down and she genuinely cares about each one of her clients.

Great Divorce Attorney
Sabrina Fernandez represented me in a divorce where my soon to be x was requesting high spousal support, money for HIS bills and to have me removed from my own home. To make a long story short, Sabrina made a fool of him and his lawyer and we walked out victorious and he walked out with a lousy 3k that he spent 10k getting. I was only ordered to pay his temp support at 600.00 per month for only 5 months. Had I not used Sabrina I am confident I would be paying 1500.00 per month to that deadbeat for the rest of my life. She was awesome to watch!

Guardianship Help
I was referred to Ms. Fernandez by a friend whose grandchildren's Guardianship Ms. Fernandez handled and won. I found Ms. Fernandez to be experience and thorough throughout the case. She knew the process so it made it less stressful during such a trying time. I would absolutely recommend Ms. Fernandez to anyone who is looking for an experienced guardianship lawyer.

Sabrina Fernandez, Awesome Criminal Defense Attorney
My family used Sabrina on a couple of cases involving our children. Not only is she professional, knowledgeable, and knows her courts, she is also caring, patient, and understanding. She walked us through each case step-by-step. She got us the best deal on each case that we feel we would not have had we hired another attorney. I can't tell you what a relief it was to have Sabrina in our corner. I would hire Sabrina again, and I recommend her to anyone who needs help in the criminal court system. Don't try and go at it alone. I know had we done that things would not have turned out as they did. Thanks again to Sabrina.

Sabrina Fernandez is an excellent attorney.
I had previoulsy worked with 2 attorneys on a paternity case. The father owns his own nightclub/resturant and is what is known as a, "professional hider". Sabrina was absolutely amazing!! Not only did she handle my case and get me the support I was justified in receiving she got our daughter the visitation which was in her best interest. She also corrected the many errors the previous attorneys left me to clean up.

Great Lawyer!

Great Attorney
Choosing a lawyer is hard. I received a referral for Sabrina and I was extremely pleased. She always responded to my calls/questions, is very smart/quick to act, and won my case. We have been working with Sabrina for over 3 years now for multiple issues and I couldnt be happier with her! Fantastic!

BEST attorney
Ms Fernandez is the best attorney I have worked with. She is very smart, hard working, knows the law, does what she says she will do and has integrity. I started my divorce trial with an attorney who showed up with no documents, no plan, no preparation and allowed me to be cross-examined by my ex! Thank God I found Ms. Fernandez. She was able to pick up my case at a very difficult point in time, digest the facts and make sense of a senseless situation. She was able to bring my 3 1/2 year case to conclusion and was proactive in getting the best judgements possible for myself and my daughter. With Ms. Fernandez, I finally had a voice and a partner in my case. I wish I had hired her from the beginning!

Very professional attorney!
Sabrina has a very keen insight into the Orange County family court system. Everything she said was going to happen...happened in the exact timeline she said it would. She seems to know people, also. Sometimes I wonder if attorneys really know what they take on when they represent a client. Sabrina does. She could see right through the stories...and what's more, she knew which judges would, also. She was invaluable. She was actually my brother's attorney, so I don't know the retainer fee or hourly rate, but I would definately pay for her skills.

Don't be fooled. Bills like the big boys without the results.
Underwhelming, understaffed, underachieving and unprepared sums it up. Oh and micro transaction billing. As if your 12 second email reply is worth $87. She will nickel and dime your deposit down to nothing before you even see the judge with erroneous questions via email instead of asking all questions about once, she will happily let you respond to her emails that she will will bill each one individually for. Just wasted efforts, wasted back and forth. $900 for an income and expense declaration... Stay away from the small time lawyer that bills you out the wazoo and then gets upset when you question where $5k went and only produced two forms to the court and hasn't accomplished anything. I went into my last hearing without an attorney and got the same results which in my opinion says quite a bit about any skill you thought you were paying for. Totally unprepared in the child support hearing, distracted even, working from home. Lackluster skill and performance. Do your homework and set expectations.
