I didn't want someone who was egotistical or vengeful. I needed someone that would immerse themselves in my particular situation and case, and diligently follow through. Not to mention someone that exhibits extreme intelligence, knowledge, and experience. Throughout the process, I was always kept updated and informed about the proceedings and what to expect next. I found Mr. McCammon and his capable staff especially Miss Margo Emil to be readily accessible and responsive to any of my needs and inquiries. His administrative and professional staff demonstrated the upmost professionalism and courtesy. Although my case became much more involved and drawn out than I would have ever expected, I was relieved and so thankful to have Mr. McCammon as my representative and advocate. I truly enjoyed working with him, and was quite pleased with the resolution and outcome. We hit a Home Run Today! And if you win it says all about your attorney. Hi Daniel seems as though he would be the perfect attorney he is pretty sharp , pretty knowledgeable and attentive . I deceided to hire HIM .. as soon as the payment was made his office staff ( Selena and Donna ) would never let me talk to him when I called and they would often say he was busy but ...when I called back and said I was someone else (lol) they gave him the phon right away !!! I have no idea why he would dodge his clients phone calls ?!!! He also was pretty much an INSTIGATOR THROUGHOUT MY CASE . He wouldn't say the opposing party was agr eagle infqct he would say that THEY WERENT BUT THE TRUTH IS THAT TBEY WERE AGREEABLE THE WHOLE TIME . He also is pretty much a 2 sided person . When we would talk outside of the court room he would say one thing and come up with a plan and we would agree then when we went to the court when we were in the actual court room he would completely switch up the story !!! He is supposed to be my attorney and do what he can for me ? That's why I hired him right ??? No way !! Also the most significant thing he did that was sooo ethically wrong was he made a phone call to the opposing party and had me on the line and he stood there on the phone while the opposite party screamed cursed and defamed me and he let that happen . His deameanor is one that of a bully he doesn't keep his word and is a liar about what he has done or what is going To be done . Example is he said he would file papers for me and he never did !!! He said that he would by a certain date and tbey weren't when. I called to ask why h hung up on me.. honestly I've been patient .. he is the worst attorney ever. !! Wast of time and wasted my $ !!!

Words will never be able to adequately express my gratitude for the work that Daniel has done on my behalf. He represented me in what should have been a simple divorce; short marriage, no children, no debts. It was not simple at all. Because the other party filed first in CA, and I moved to FL, a...nd because of both the FL the CA divorce statutes and process, I was put on an immediate disadvantage. I never felt helpless, and that is a testament to Daniel's work. There were so many calls and emails even late at night. I always knew what was going on. Nothing was sugar coated or understated. He always gave me the facts. In the end, he was able to settle and finalize the divorce to my advantage. In addition to the work ethic, integrity, and an extraordinary high level of competence, Daniel is a kind person. Finding an attorney that had both the competence and the demeanor and who was able to assist me in a long, difficult, and frustrating divorce, was nothing short of a gift… he earned my trust from day one, and earned both mine and my fiancé’s gratitude for life… what else can I say… words can say so little when he has done so much… JP
