Brett Ryan Wishart

My divorce was resolved by mediation, but I knew I would need a good attorney on retainer to handle on-going issues with my ex. Brett came highly recommended. I took another attorney friend with me for my first meeting with Brett and we both peppered him with questions and came away feeling that he... was a good fit. Since that time, the situation with my ex has completely devolved and Brett has been with me every step of the way. I think I talked more to Brett than my mother during that time! I was impressed with Brett for many reasons. honestly when I came to him, through a personal referral, I was looking for someone I could trust to have my family and my best interest as the priority.. My ex had plenty of money to spend and fight me to make me pay. Brett was able to reassure me that th...ey would not be able take advantage of me and that I will be protected My timeshare with the kids would be fair. There were a some setbacks. I became ill and found a toumor in my spine at wich point I was unable to work and had to focus much of my energy on fighting for my health.
