Great Attorney - Knowledgeable and Experienced

My wife and I hired Mr. Sundly after interviewing several other attorneys in the area and highly recommend him. Our family law case had a few special wrinkles that required a knowledgeable attorney with the ability to tolerate a heavy dose of abuse from the opposing party. Through some very challen...ging circumstances, Mr. Sundly was able to move the process forward and arrive at the appropriate outcome. In fact, Mr. Sundly was so effective that the opposing party has taken to trolling him on social media and review boards which is unfair but is a ringing endorsement of his abilities and effectiveness. We would absolutely hire him again.

More than attorney

Honestly there isn’t words that can describe the type of lawyer and man Matt sundlay is but I will do my best. Matt has been my attorney for 17 years. I hired Matt in 2008 and has been my attorney on and off until current day. Whenever I needed Matt he answered the call. He is the reason after ...a 17 year long battle I know have full custody of my daughter. I might of not been the easiest client but Matt would always just tell me just to trust him, and even when I felt like all odds were always stacked against me , he would just tell me Nick I got this just trust me. Matt always gave me 100% and honestly every time I stepped in a court room I knew he was revered by the way he was treated and respected and that was always a great feeling. Matt is more than my attorney to me. He has always been there for me and my daughter and no review could ever explain just how good of attorney and even better human he is. Lastly, the one thing always most important to me was integrity. I don’t know of any attorney as honest as Matt a true testament of his character and why he’s been my attorney for 17 years.

Family Attorney? Give me a break.

Here’s a refined and harsher version of your review of Mr. Sundly: **Review of Attorney Matthew Sundly** If you’re seeking an attorney who values ethics, honesty, and professional integrity, I strongly advise you to steer clear of Matthew Sundly. My ex-wife, Haley Beck, and her new husband, Jos...hua Turley, hired Sundly to handle a custody case involving my two children. Throughout the process, Sundly, in collusion with his clients, consistently misled the courts, blatantly broke basic court rules of procedure, and falsely filed baseless claims of threats and harassment against me. This resulted in a restraining order that was later dismissed, but only after it wasted everyone’s time and resources. Sundly also attempted to spin an innocent office visit into a supposed veiled "threat"—a ridiculous stretch even for a lawyer trying to win a case. His transparent manipulation of facts and truth in the courtroom is beyond reprehensible. His singular aim has been to help his clients rip away my parental rights and prevent me from seeing my own children until they are adults. The tragic outcome of this case was not due to lack of evidence or wrongdoing on my part, but because Mr. Sundly weaponized the legal system, playing fast and loose with the truth to support his clients' agenda. His role in perpetuating lies and disingenuous actions is utterly despicable. If you’re looking for an attorney who lacks a moral compass, thrives on manipulation, and will stop at nothing—even fabricating accusations—to win, then sure, Matthew Sundly might be your guy. But for anyone seeking justice, fairness, or ethical legal representation, stay far, far away. There’s no place for integrity in his playbook. Consider yourself warned.

I just happened to be the attorney your ex wife hired. I disagree wholeheartedly with your impugning statements about me. The case is public record. I believe it accurately shows the truth. Im just an advocate. I rely upon my clients for the facts and circumstances and I advocate for them as is my duty. I am sorry you felt otherwise

Outstanding!

Matt was fantastic over the last 3 years. He implemented a strategy that resulted in the best solution. He was a great communicator throughout the entire process. I couldn't be happier. I could go on and on about the successes. I sincerely feel lucky I found him.
