Whistleblower and retaliation

The complaint that the firm ultimately filed included allegations of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Legal Eagle

I had a very complicated case which required an aggressive knowledeable litigator. She explained thoroughly what to expect and the emotional course it would take during the process. She did all the right legal procedures and carefully calculated each step. She allowed me to review and be involved in the process to ensure the content presented did properly convey what happened. She emotionally supported me during my depositions and shielded me from the negative depostions from the defendants. She was incredibly strong and persisted tirelessly to expose every inch of the truth and didn't stop until the last minute of finally settling to my satisfaction. She and her staff were thorough, professional, compassionate and cared about me and the affect on my family. Linda is truly ethical and an advocate of the truth and I would highly recommend her.

At Will Termination

I highly recommend Linda to family and friends. Linda thoroughly reviewed the separation agreement I was given when terminated as an at will employee following 2 1/2 years of service despite employee policies that were not followed. Linda gave me excellent recommendations on what my options are in successfully putting this in my "rear view mirror."

Passionate Lawyer!

She really cares about her clients. She is passionate about getting what you deserve and taking on the employers who think they can get away with discrimination- no matter how threatening/malicious they are. She is supportive and seeks fairness and justice- very knowledgeable and not willing to back down. Such an advocate for your rights. Not afraid to go to court if that's what it takes.
