If I didn't have Ken at my side, I would have lost my case in about a month, because both the clerk and the judge violated the law and almost ruined the whole case for me, but thankfully Ken Carlson was able to force them to correct their mistake and put me back on the winning track. Ken is amazing!!! His knowledge is invaluable. It really feels good to know someone has your back when you are going through an eviction case. Landlords and their lawyers try to take advantage of you, but with Ken in your corner, they won't be able to. I don't know what I would have done without him.... I won my case against a terrible, mean evil and unscrupulous landlord.
