Ken is amazing!!! His knowledge is invaluable. It really feels good to know someone has your back when you are going through an eviction case. Landlords and their lawyers try to take advantage of you, but with Ken in your corner, they won't be able to. I don't know what I would have done without him.... I won my case against a terrible, mean evil and unscrupulous landlord. I am not surprised Mr. Carlson has had some type of disciplinary ding on his record. He is straightforward and tells things like they are. Sometimes people just cannot handle the truth, especially when it comes to landlords wanting to keep the tenants in this country ignorant and subservient. ...Ken is extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and offers a plethora of great information on his website. I have been working with several attorneys dealing with a lawsuit in San Diego. None of them hold a candle to Ken. I wish he had been in San Diego when I went to court. I would absolutely recommend Ken Carlson! His website www.caltenantlaw.com is the only one that actually leveled the playing field for tenants against landlords trying to evict them. Ken told tenants what their rights were, how to fight eviction (and win), thereby enabling renters facing eviction a l...evel playing field against their landlords. The options on this form for when I last worked with him only offer 1 month ago or later. Fact is, he's working with me right now and neutralized 80% of the fear of losing my home. Truth is, if it weren't for him I'd been out of my apartment two months ago! My review is anonymous because I'm a reporter and author whose name is often Googled and I'd just as soon not have every person seeking one of my animal welfare articles learn that I'm in an eviction proceeding.
