Rip off artist

Our daughter was quoted a total of $5000, for a divorce from an abusive husband. She had printed documentation of abuse. She printed emails and text messages from him about things he had done and was going to do to her. She had pictures of things he had done to her. She gave him a binder full of ...all the evidence with the important things highlighted. She also told him when she left she only took her items she had prior to being married and gave him proof of that. She left him all the furniture, electronics and household goods. She also left the bank account with over $7500 in it. She only took her things and her car. She was told that was an easy case and the $5000 would cover but they would get her divorced and alimony. She told him she just wanted to be divorced. We have since paid well over $10,000 it's been 3 years and still not divorced. Every time court came up he applied for a continuance. Why???? to get more money from a young scared girl. Only 19 years old. He is now trying to milk her for another $2,500 to quit her case. He is a thief and a liar. We are now trying to figure out how to go about getting this "simple" divorce completed.

BEST OF THE BEST!!!!!

I hired Richard Isles to represent me in a nasty divorce. I thought my ex and I could get through the divorce amicably but he hired an attorney and immediately quit his job. He didn't want to work so I would have to pay him spousal support!!! We were only married for 2 years!!!!! I made an appointmen...t for a consultation and was able to meet Richard a few days later. He is the epitome of an aggressive attorney! He and his staff worked with me closely and were very attentive, like I was their only case. My ex-husband tried to drag his feet and make the divorce as difficult as he could, but Richard and his staff were NOT having it. I always felt like they had my best interest in mind. They treated me like I was a human being and not another file or walking dollar sign. In the end, I was able to terminate spousal support and walk away a new (and free!) woman. Mr. Isles really knows his stuff. He's been at this for a long time and it shows! He is the best of the best and his staff is as well!

Denise Motroni

My name is Celia G. Hudson. I retained the Isles Law Group back in March of 2017. At the time I consulted with Mr. Isles after interviewing 4 Attorneys before him, he was the only one who gave me hope of a fair outcome. During our consultation I mentioned that I may prefer representation by a Woma...n, nothing against him he was great but mainly because the Respondent, (my not soon enough ex) was an arrogant Jerk and I new he would be totally pissed off to see a Woman represent me because he has no respect for Women in general. Well, Mr. Isles assigned Denise Motroni, what can I say...We had our 1st hearing yesterday 9/25/17 in San Bernardino Court. Denise is a POWERHOUSE, a force to be reckoned with, after consulting with me in the hallway about what was about to take place all I did was stand next to her and watch her in action, she was, INCREDIBLE, if I weren't so old, I swear to God I would go to Law School cause when I grow up, I wanna be just like HER! She gives new meaning to, " Chicks Kick ASS!" the Respondent stood there his arrogant, self absorbed self, not only pissed cause Denise kicked his ass, but low and behold, the Judge was also a Woman, he was in Female hell with Denise leading the pack as Lucifer! it was FABULOUS! needless to say I was totally scared about having to pay him Spousal and moving from my beautiful apartment to my Car but Denise kicked him to the curb and spousal was DENIED! Anyone out there that needs representation for a Matrimonial issue, Denise Motroni is your Advocate, let me tell you, I would, never want to be on the other side of her, she is very Direct, Matter of Fact, Knowledgeable and a totally surprise! I cant say enough about how much I totally recommend her. The Isles Law Group are Fantastic, my experience has been great from the consultation with Mr. Isles to Peggy Decker who takes all my money!, to Leigh who is a Para Legal expert to Denise who's ring I plan to kiss the next time I see her!

Compassion

I'm in the middle of a painful divorce. I wish this on no one but if a good law firm is ever needed I can without hesitation recommend Richard Isles law office. Not only is Denise my attorney understanding but the entire staff including Leigh who is always quick to keep me posted and is available to... answer my questions.

If you haven’t hired Richard Isles to represent you, stop what you’re doing immediately and HIRE THEM!

I retained Richard K. Isles to represent me, on behalf of my Brother – whom was disabled from two Grand Mal Seizures – in his divorce proceeding. My Brother was married for over 28 years to his Wife and had two adult children, both of whom were completely useless and were single handedly contributing ...to the decline of his health, his property and his finances.Sadly, my Brother died more than a year into our efforts during the divorce, due to several medical complications – but I still needed and wanted justice for him.His dying wish was to make sure that his soon to be ex-Wife and his neglectful, careless and disrespectful Sons would NOT receive the inheritance that our parents had left us just a few years before. This case was extremely complicated, complex and required many hours of intricate briefings, discoveries and even expert/forensic specialists to divulge the complete financial mess. From the sale of the home, to the jointly acquired assets and even my Brothers monies (401k, Bank Accounts, Credit Cards, Inheritance, etc.) His Sons and Wife had trashed property in their home; taken out Credit Cards in his name and maxed them out or had taken Cash Advances on them, hid funds in several banks and even took Vacations without his knowledge with his Wife’s lover.(This took extremely talented people over a year to find all the places that my Brothers Then-Wife had moved and hidden these funds.)But they did it! They found EVERY SINGLE CENT she tried to lie about and scam him out of. Obviously, this was an incredibly nasty split which came about only after my Brother became too ill and disabled to work anymore.(He was always the bread winner and his Wife never uttered a word about “divorce” prior to his decline in health.)I hired Richard Isles after meeting with him at his office. I knew that he was HANDS DOWN the BEST Attorney in Riverside County. After paying the retainer, he made sure that we understood the road that we would encounter on this journey. Initially, he had assistance from another Attorney in his Practice, that we didn’t care for. He immediately reassigned us and removed the unwanted Attorney from his practice, altogether. Really reassuring us that he is fighting for US and CARES about our family and my very disabled, displaced Brother. When Richard Isles introduced us to Denise Motroni, she then began assisting us through all the many difficult processes over the next year and a half. Denise is a POWERHOUSE! She’s prepared for anything, extremely detailed, really listens and the best part… THEY NEVER SEE HER COMING! She never let us down! Always outshines the council and has a memory that you wouldn’t believe.Richard Isles and his entire Practice is the ONLY reason that my Brother (even in death) has justice today. I don’t think that another Attorney in Riverside County could have systematically fought for him, the way they did. If I had to give an example of comparison to make you understand how great they really are, it would be like the difference between a Volkswagen and a Ferrari. There is NO COMPARISON. My Brother didn’t deserve what his ungrateful Sons and lying, cheating and thieving ex-Wife had done to him. We knew that he wanted to be heard, understood and responded to – whenever we needed to have immediate communication. I needed them to be responsive, keep me informed, be available, return my emails and calls and to answer my difficult questions as quickly and as honestly as they did. Richard Isles and his Practice Attorneys, including the entire Staff, did just that! They upheld each one of my requests. Every single member of his Staff made me feel like they had compassion for my situation and for my Brother. Their sense of urgency in responding / reacting to my needs – were always appreciated. I credit this victory to Richard Isles and Denise Motroni for not just sitting back and “representing” me on behalf of my Brother – but for fighting for true justice for him.
