My name is Celia G. Hudson. I retained the Isles Law Group back in March of 2017. At the time I consulted with Mr. Isles after interviewing 4 Attorneys before him, he was the only one who gave me hope of a fair outcome. During our consultation I mentioned that I may prefer representation by a Woma...n, nothing against him he was great but mainly because the Respondent, (my not soon enough ex) was an arrogant Jerk and I new he would be totally pissed off to see a Woman represent me because he has no respect for Women in general. Well, Mr. Isles assigned Denise Motroni, what can I say...We had our 1st hearing yesterday 9/25/17 in San Bernardino Court. Denise is a POWERHOUSE, a force to be reckoned with, after consulting with me in the hallway about what was about to take place all I did was stand next to her and watch her in action, she was, INCREDIBLE, if I weren't so old, I swear to God I would go to Law School cause when I grow up, I wanna be just like HER! She gives new meaning to, " Chicks Kick ASS!" the Respondent stood there his arrogant, self absorbed self, not only pissed cause Denise kicked his ass, but low and behold, the Judge was also a Woman, he was in Female hell with Denise leading the pack as Lucifer! it was FABULOUS! needless to say I was totally scared about having to pay him Spousal and moving from my beautiful apartment to my Car but Denise kicked him to the curb and spousal was DENIED! Anyone out there that needs representation for a Matrimonial issue, Denise Motroni is your Advocate, let me tell you, I would, never want to be on the other side of her, she is very Direct, Matter of Fact, Knowledgeable and a totally surprise! I cant say enough about how much I totally recommend her. The Isles Law Group are Fantastic, my experience has been great from the consultation with Mr. Isles to Peggy Decker who takes all my money!, to Leigh who is a Para Legal expert to Denise who's ring I plan to kiss the next time I see her!

Retained the law offices of Richard K. Isles to represent me as the plaintiff in a R.O. my ex wife attempted to use for the sole purpose of denying me visitation with our daughter. This was the second time she attempted this tactic. I called most of the family law offices in the area, got their pri...ces and consulted with them. Legal representation never comes cheap but Isles law offices offered me a fair price and I even had other firms offer to lower their retainer but I went with Isles. He offered a fair price from the start, was very knowledgeable and professional even in dealing with me and my nerves (as it was very important I win). Richard Isles crushed the R.O. in 20 minutes but most importantly what he enabled was a little girl to continue a relationship with her father (me) and that I can't put a price on. I was searching for a family law attorney and came upon the many reviews here. My situation was very similar relating to child custody that another person posted. It was apparent to me that this was the right lawyer for my case. Having already spent the cost of a new car in attorneys fees with a prio...r law firm in Corona, I knew that this would be my last attempt to get aggressive legal counsel. I made the right choice hiring Richard Isles. Richard and one of his associate attorneys both worked on the case and got me the orders that I should have obtained over a year ago. I only regret not hiring them from the beginning.

I first came to the office for a CPS case I had with my daughter. They were the only law office I was able to research that listed CPS experience. We had a few consultations elsewhere but when I sat down with Denise I knew she was the one. She gave me direction right away to start preparing for court.... She made sure I got more visits, and let the judge know that CPS was only providing me the minimum amount of visits. Denise also gave me great advise on attending addition classes. Thanks to Richard Isles law office I got my daughter back within 3 months. Durning the CPS case I also had a custody hearing for my son. The lawyer I hired before I found Richard Isles office was horrible and I lost my legal rights. I hired Richard Isles again to get my supervised visits removed and get joint legal and physical custody. The wording explaining my situation was beautiful written. My ex said in mediation last time that a request for supervised visits would be asked for as Long as possible. Denise made sure I got mediation separate and prepped me very well. My case is now completed. My case was quite complicated and difficult. There were several trials. Through the lies and manipulation attempts and insanity, Richard K. Isles kept a very accurate perspective in all matters around the case. Richard saved my family, my home, my private and professional r...eputation. Without Richard, I was at risk of losing my children, my home, and more. He was able to detect, arrest, and place a stop to opposing constant lies and manipulation attempts. He believed in me. Where I started, I needed that first. I needed to fight back and Richard lights up when he stands up for you. There is no better place to see Richard in action then in a court room. He is at his best when most would fold under that kind of pressure. He has worked in Riverside for the majority of his career which means he knows the system here second to none. Richard's staff are excellent and they are very vigilant. I witnessed Richard in the court room many times and his court room talents. He simply does not like to lose. I witnessed even during sidebar meetings with the Judge. He is relentless. His very nature of "the will to win" is not inherent in all attorneys. If I was a lawyer, I would not enjoy going up against Richard. I feel bad for the opposing attorney's client. I would not want to be in their shoes. He knows the law, the legal system, how to ask questions and he knows how to expose the lies. I am very grateful that God connected me to Richard. It was really some kind of fate that I found him. I had another attorney prior to Richard who was nice but not even close to Richard's level. My life turned around for the better when Richard became my attorney. Without Richard K. Isles, I would have come out of this ordeal without major pain and losses. The mere fact of having my children 90% of the time is some kind of gift to me. Richard K. Isles was able to prove to the judge the wrong doing where most people surely would have failed. I have a life time gratitude towards Richard K. Isles. I wish upon nobody to go through what I did and if they had to, they need a defender like Richard K. Isles. I have a nice future ahead of me now to enjoy with my children. I have since remarried (crazy as some may say - I still believe in marriage). My wife has had a child now and we have three children all together. Without Richard K. Isles, this positive future outlook would have taken a much different turn. Thank you Richard K. Isles. From the bottom of my heart. I have a good future to look forward to because of you.
