Horrible Attorney, does not return emails or phone calls. Missed 2 of 3 hearings I hired him for. Quit before my 3rd hearing, but not until I met with him to discuss hearing and paid additional 3500 cash. Then to find out he had no plan on attending my hearing and then rescheduled the next hearing f...or 3 months out...this guy is a Complete waste of time and money. he could not even get a Financial statement correct or accurately represent my Family. Negotiated without me even reviewing documents and a POOR communication. Quoted $5,000 and ran up 10,000 in a short time, billing statements would have 1 line item of " 8 hours reviewing case only charged for 5" total B.S. if he spent more than 2 hours reading my file, I don't believe it as he did not know me or my situation at all. My custody went from 50/50 to 75/25 due to not being prepared when he did show up in court and my paychecks are now $27.00 every 2 weeks! Thank you for screwing up my life! I now have to redo everything Isles office has touched. DO NOT USE RICHARD ISLES.

I chose Richard Isles after meeting him in person at his office. I can confidently say my case was finalized without any problems or delay. Was quoted the average retainer fee for divorce and custody. Each issue that was important to my future (custody and support payments) was handled and resolved a...gaint the ex's lawyer smoothly and without delay. I will start out by saying I had a positive professional relationship with Richard K. I contacted this law office, amongst others at the beginning of my case, in a som...ewhat defensive position being that my divorce was complicated. To say the least, it was complex - there were issues of a failed marriage involving child custody, support, Bi-polar, and a control freak for an Ex-spouse. Mr. isles and his femaile associate attorney turned the situation around by filing in court and taking the matter to a much higher level of respect and court dominance. I was awed while in the courthouse with the respectful attitude and skill before the judge (very impressive compared to my Ex's lawyer), and just the overall method he used to pretty much take over the courtroom during our many motions before the court. Much more than I expected compared to the other attorneys I saw go before our case was heard. With this, my anxieties were put to rest and there was no doubt I would have a voice before the judge through this attorney. He was able to obtain make the proper objections which the judge upheld, and pretty much knock the socks off my Ex's attorney.
