I was facing 25 to life on a third strike. The R.P.D. , D.A. , and Judges in Riverside were trying to give me life in Prison by fabricating evidence, and trying to force witnesses to lie. I had the Public Defenders office at first and all I kept hearing was you need to take a plea and go to prison.... I wasn't guilty and was not going to take a deal. I want to start by saying they wanted to give my son 6 years and he got him 25 days all i could say WOW he knows what he is doing. And then i had to hire him for my 17 year old hanging around with the the wrong people and he got him 180 days and he got out in 30 days.
