When I'm not working, I practice Karate (I'm a second degree black belt) and play tennis. I just adopted a stray dog. In my varied career, I was a Trial Attorney at the Department of Justice, worked at the White House, helped develop The Residence Inn Company, brokered and developed real estate, and worked as a Personal Financial Planner and Esate Planner. I have probably already had experience with anything that life has thrown at you.

do not use this man!!
this man represented my in laws in bankruptcy. all they asked for was to keep their primary residence and this man DIDN"T know what he was doing. Replied last July 05, 2018Actually, my advice was very good. It is just that their property got caught up in a rising real estate market such that the value of their real estate far exceeded the exemption amount to which they were entitled. I knew exactly what I was doing but the clients didn't follow my advice in a timely fashion, and they were in a far better position after the bankruptcy than before.
