Robert Firth for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy

A man of integrity and honesty

We had a terrible problem with IRS and could not come to agreement with them. We consulted with Robert and came to conclusion that the only way to deal with the situation was a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Robert was very helpful ,very professional ,explained everything in terms we could understand . We a...re very pleased that we retained his services, he helped us through a difficult time. Robert and his staff are great people and we would highly recommend him to friends and family .Thank you again Robert for all your help and thank you to your wonderful staff.

Happy Customer

Due to irreconcilable differences my husband & I legally separated in 2010. As a single mother not receiving child support or alimony I struggled to pay the rent, utilities & bills. During our separation we agreed that he would be staying in the home & continue to pay the mortgage which he suddenly... stopped paying along with other bills. At this point the creditors began to call, the letters from collection agencies began to fill my mail box & the financial stress became a huge load to carry. I finally decided that I needed to file for bankruptcy. I searched on line for a bankruptcy attorney in the Cathedral City area & the first name I came across was that of Attorney Robert Firth. I sent him an email briefly explaining my situation & received a response within the hour. Scared because of all the scams I’ve heard about, unsure of the costs & steps I held off on making an appointment but to my surprise the following day I received a follow up phone call.
