Golden Eagle

I was referred to Katrina Eagle by a past commander who spoke very highly of her professionalism and tenacity in seeking benefits earned by veterans. Just from our first conversation on the telephone I knew that she was the real deal and was going to walk the walk for me. She has a great team that... built a solid case for me getting my 100% rating with a first time "GO". She succeeded where other agencies have failed. I will recommend her to all of my brothers and sisters in arms. You want her in your foxhole when up against the VA bureaucracy! Katrina is MY Hero! She is an All American Golden Eagle!

Absolutely the best!!

I am a Blue Water Navy Vietnam Veteran. I filed my claim, and was approved, at 100% P&T. For that, I had another attorney as my representative, but she had nothing to do with my case... more on that, to come. Something did not sit right with me, about the effective date of my claim. I questione...d my attorney, and she said, since I was rated 100%, there was nothing to be done... not true. I learned of Katrina Eagle & Jim Radogna through the BWNVVA... I knew they were hard-working attorneys, who put the veteran first. I contacted Katrina, and asked her to review my case. She said "Sure thing", but said I needed to make her my representative. I said no problem... not quite true. My old attorney did not want to release me... she said I was not due anything, but she would not release me. That led me to tell Katrina about the issue. She advised me as to how to proceed.. It was a long, hard-fought issue, but in the end, my old attorney released me... with a nasty letter that said I was not ever going to get any more benefits, anyway... again, wrong answer. As soon as I was released, I made Katrina my VA representative. She and Jim jumped right on the case, and she said that it looked like VA had assigned the wrong effective date to my case... the old attorney would not even review the case. So, Katrina & Jim filed a Clear Unmistakable Error (CUE) with VA. About 4 months later, VA sent me another $13,000.., WOW!! I was stunned. Both Katrina & Jim were very happy for me. That was not the end, though. Ticked off that my old attorney had put me in the situation, she asked my permission to sent her a letter expressing her displeasure about the way that she had handled my case. She was exceptionally professional. If you are in need of an experienced legal team, who will go to work for you, and fight for your benefits, you can do no better, than The Law Office of Katrina Eagle.

Excellence

Katrina was highly recommended by our VA counselor, so I contacted her to help us through a disability claim. From the start, she struck me as extremely competent and organized. She always returned emails and phone calls promptly and kept me up to date on the case. She succeeded beyond all expectatio...ns, and then went further and got us more benefits. I rarely give five stars to anything, but I have no hesitation giving them to Katrina. With a plus!

She saved my sanity

I was a Marine stationed at Camp Lejeune in the 1950’s. I drank and showered in the toxic water there for two years. As a result I developed 3 cancers linked to the chemicals in that water. I applied for VA disability benefits but was quickly denied, despite the fact that the VA admitted such cance...rs were linked to the Lejeune water. I appealed and was denied again. I was 81 years old at the time and didn’t have the energy to fight the VA any longer. As a last resort before giving up I googled up local attorneys in San Diego and chose one, namely Katrina Eagle. I had no idea at that time that I chose the best attorney in the country specializing in VA issues. Within a year and a half Katrina and her husband Jim worked diligently and tirelessly on my behalf, relieving me of the stress of dealing with a fettered VA bureaucracy. She appealed my case and got me rated at 100% for full compensation, which included tens of thousands of dollars in retroactive benefits. I can’t be more appreciative of Katrina and Jim. I highly recommend them to any veteran needing help with the VA to obtain the benefits they deserve and earned. My children and I thank you Katrina and Jim, God bless you both. Bill Bartsch

Katrina Eagle Experienced Veterans Attorney

As a Vietnam Veteran I highly recommend Katrina Eagle to any veteran who needs an experienced attorney with their disability appeal. In 2018 I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease due to repeated exposure to toxins while serving in the US Navy. When my initial claim was disproved, I found Katrina.... I cannot say enough good things about Katrina, unlike most law firms she truly cares about her clients and works tirelessly for them. She is very professional, punctual, straight to the point. Whenever I had a question, she was very prompt on getting back to me. She guided me through the process and explained in detail what steps she intended to take. In addition, her empathy and compassion to the veterans and their families is unparalleled. She is a true veteran advocate and will fight for what is right for the benefits that are deserved. I know that I would not want anyone other than Katrina to represent me, she was successful in getting my appeal granted. She is a true godsend for veterans. Both my wife and I will be forever grateful to her.

"Attorney Eagle is nationally recognized for her work for disabled Veterans. I attended the legal education class she provided to our Massachusetts chapter of elder law attorneys, and she explained how Veterans benefits can be obtained and coordinated for elderly veterans and their spouses. If you are a veteran who needs to resolve a VA claim, you would be fortunate to retain Attorney Eagle."
