My Air Force veteran husband was in the hospital for eight months with an acute leukemia when we heard about Katrina. I am a Blue Water Navy Vietnam Veteran. I filed my claim, and was approved, at 100% P&T. For that, I had another attorney as my representative, but she had nothing to do with my case... more on that, to come. Something did not sit right with me, about the effective date of my claim. I questione...d my attorney, and she said, since I was rated 100%, there was nothing to be done... not true. I learned of Katrina Eagle & Jim Radogna through the BWNVVA... I knew they were hard-working attorneys, who put the veteran first. I contacted Katrina, and asked her to review my case. She said "Sure thing", but said I needed to make her my representative.
