Last March ( 3/12 ) I called and spoke with Mr. Holmes about petitioning my foreign spouse who is here in the U.S. on the Waiver Tourist Program. He explained in detail the process and what I needed to get started. At first I thought that I will be spending a lot of money for nothing. I agreed to th...e fee and was sent everything I needed to begin the process. I followed the checkist that accompanied the package that his office sent me. My wife had her AOS interview on 7-30-12 and she received a letter on 8-3-12 stating that her permanent residence has been approved. I am grateful to Mr. Holmes and his entire staff for his help in making this happen. I was kept in the loop about every action which gave me confidence. It was well worth the money.
