This process is very confusing at best. Although the attorney did help us along the way, we did sometimes feel as though we were left to assume some of the information that wasn't as obvious to us. However, when we asked clarifying questions, we did get more information. The most concerning thing I w...ould wish to stress upon the attorney is to make it very clear that photographs are the most important thing when visiting the fiance'. It should be clarified that an abundance of pictures is necessary, which include pictures of the couple with family and friends and also that neither party should be wearing sunglasses or anything that may hinder being able to clearly identify them. This lack of knowledge cost us an initial rejection of the visa as well as having to make a costly second trip to take those photographs

I searched through many different lawyers trying to get the best service for the best price while my wife and I were working on her spousal visa. She put up with my constant emails, phone calls, and questions and always replied patiently and took the time to make sure I understood what she was doing for us and what she needed us to complete to keep the process running smoothly. I couldnt have asked for a better leagal team. They are fairly priced and the services they provide are worth every penny! When we first decided to marry, and were required to start the immigration process for married couples we had no idea what to expect. Deciding to hire a lawyer for that purpose turned out to be instrumental and crucial in our application for a visa/green card. Saying we could not have done it without... them would most likely be an exaggeration, but it would have most likely taken a lot more of our time, with many complications. When you're apart from your spouse, in a different country, for longer than 2 months, waiting for some bureaucratic process to start rolling, the last thing you'd want is complications. We turned to Lawrence Richard Holmes (My wife picked out the firm, I have no idea where she found them), and were handled by Trang. Throughout the whole process Trang was professional, informative, and responsive. We were told what to do every step of the way, and she answered any questions we had during the process. She truly did an amazing job. The whole process was relatively painless (a lot of documents to collect, and the interview was stressful as hell), and I believe it was relatively quick. It took us about 8 months from the time we applied to the time that I got approved, and I'll soon get my Green Card and be on my way to the States. Needless to say we're very happy at the outcome.

This Law firm was very helpful and knowledgeable concerning our case. Never at any time did we ever feel like just another case number. They even went the extra mile of working with us financially by allowing us to split our retainer fee into siutable payments all while working our case.
