Yvonne handled my wife's immigrant visa (IR1) case, and from the very beginning provided us with detailed instructions and pointers for every step of the way. For the times we did have additional questions, we could (and did) ask anything, no matter how small, and she was happy to explain to our sati...sfaction. The immigration process is long, tedious, and fraught with potential for mistakes or misunderstandings, but it was evident that Yvonne knew what she was doing from the experience of many previous cases. We always knew what we had to do next, and if we were unsure, we could just ask and receive addition explanation. When the time for the final interview came, there were many others who didn't have all the paperwork required or appeared unprepared, but my wife was set up for success by Yvonne's meticulous and patient direction.
