I chose Mr. HOLMES firm right after a call that I had placed to his office discussing a K1 visa. At the end of the conversation I Knew confidently that Holme's firm is what I would be comfortable with. He explained every thing and taking his time and came across as a straight shooter right of the sta...rt . I was not even charged any money for all the generous consultation that he extended to me. My case was assigned later to Ms. Yvonne who I have so much admiration and respect for her due to her diligence , care , friendliness , rich knowledge and professionalism that I had honestly never seen from a law firm. This lady handled my case so well and successfully with so much love and care that has blown me away. From the time we filed for the k1 visa to my fiancé's arrival took 3 months and a few days. I came to the United States on fiance visa and my case was quite complicated, as my now husband and I are 36 years apart in age. On top, we had only met once and was already denied the visa once. After 2 years of unsuccessful attempts, my fiance and I hired Holmes' services. As soon as we hired them,... things started progressing really fast and I has visa in my hand in less than a year. Kudos to their excellent team. My husband and I also hired them for my green card processing. I had the green card and work authorization card on the 90th day of our applying. I was so lucky to have found Mr. Holmes's office. He made what was a very stressful and emotional time for both me and my wife as easy as it could be. Our case was handled by Yvonne. Upon our first consultation she made me feel comfortable and reassured things would be fine. She gave me a time line, ...and things happened on or most times before her deadlines. The best thing is they told me once everything was finalized my wife would have her green card at the same time with their process. This was huge for me because I know that extra step once she got here would of been more expensive and stressful on us both.
