Matt Blancato was my attorney in handling my workman's compensation case. My case involved an accident aboard a research vessel in July of 2017.  After the accident, CA Worker’s Comp assured me in writing that I would be covered by monthly disability during my recovery period, up to a maximum of 2 years compensation.  That quickly changed six months later when they quit ma...king the original payments, claiming my accident did not fall under their jurisdiction. Prior to that, I was starting to feel a disconnect with their willingness to assist me towards recovery.
