In a recent Chapter 13 bankruptcy I was able to remove the negative equity on a fixed mobile home to reduce the amount owed by almost $70,000 allowing the retired civil servant who lived there to keep her home and discharge all of her unsecured debts.
In recent debt litigation I secured a $1.1 million settlement reducing the principal balance owed on a 2 million dollar home in La Costa.
