In March of 2020, I faced deporatation after applying for citizenship & being denied due to a previous conviction in 1999, for Domestic Violence. In the beginning of 2021, my conviction was finally DISMISSED! Thanks to John & his whole team, my experience was pleasant for me and my entire family. My husbands situation was extremely difficult and required John to work for us as both a criminal and immigration attorney. From the beginning I could tell John was going to work hard for my husband. With John’s hard work and dedication to my husband’s case, he was able to get a criminal felony charge reduced to a misdemeanor. Once that was done he went to work on my husbands immigration case and because of his knowledge and hard work he was able to get my husband a cancellation of removal approved the first time we showed up to court. This process took over a year because of the courts backlog but through it all John stayed positive, kept us on track, and my family and I couldn’t be more grateful and thankful for all of his hard work.

Had an excellent experience with John Rodriguez. I needed someone to go to my arraignment for me because I had an exam the very same day and had zero luck trying to reschedule it. I was at a loss for what to do, so I made a few phone calls. I talked to a couple of lawyers over the phone, but John... was super sweet and patient with me. The other lawyers I spoke with were rude and condescending. John was kind enough to take my case on short notice, make phone calls for me to find out if my case had been filed, matched the price I asked for even though it was lower than his typical fee for that service, and then went to court for me. This was all a super stressful situation, but after hiring John, I finally felt like the weight was lifted. He handled everything, went out of his way, was very warm and friendly, and I didn't even have to go into the office.
