Highly Recommend Kathryn Tokarska

Kathryn did an amazing job handling my mom’s bankruptcy. She is intelligent, tireless and knows her job inside and out. She also consulted with me regarding a student loan issue that ended up in my favor. My mom and I would use her again in a minute!!

Beyond Expectations!!

Miss Tokaska was exceptional, professional and very caring. She was always available and answered all my questions as well as guided me through the whole process of filling for bankruptcy from the beginning until the end. Very detailed, efficient, and professional!

I worked with Kathryn Tokarska for my BK process. It was a very difficult decision for me, however I lost my job due to Covid and I had no other options but to file for bankruptcy. I talked to a few attorneys before finding Kathryn and I am so glad I kept searching until I found her. Unlike the other... BK attorneys I spoke with, Kathryn took the time to listen to my specific situation and needs and provide a TRUE consultation. I didn't feel rushed or like I was just another "number" in line. I felt like a real person whose situation mattered to her. After my first conversation with her, I knew she was the perfect fit for me. She is extremely detail oriented, she provided clear instructions, she was patient while answering the 1,000 questions I had along the way, and she was also warm and caring. She understands that this is a difficult decision for most people, and she is there for her clients every step of the way. I would HIGHLY recommend Kathryn to anyone searching for someone who really knows their way around the Bankruptcy laws and protocols, and who will make sure everything is done correctly and by the book every step of the way. Kathryn is excellent at what she does and I cannot recommend her enough!

Chapter 7

Kathryn was excellent in her representation. She is very knowledgeable of bankruptcy law and provided very good advice on a number of issues that resulted in discharge.

Excellent

I was set to do a Chapter 7. Did about 20 hrs of prep and then looked for an atty to do the filing. Found Kathryn on google and called for an appointment. After about an hour on the phone it was determined I didn't need Chapter 7. She saved me a bundle at no charge. I'm sending her something soon as ...a thanks. An honest lawyer. Go see her.
