Tiffany Kathryn Brown

Tiffany Brown joined Blanchard, Krasner & French in 2021 and has more than two decades of experience in Family & Criminal Law in San Diego.

Tiffany is highly qualified to serve as a litigator or mediator in family law matters. She is a Certified Family Law Specialist with six years of criminal law experience and over two decades of experience in family law litigation. Tiffany also sits on the Board of Directors for the National Council or Juvenile and Family Court Judges (NCJFCJ) to make real change in Family and Juvenile law on a National level. While being an active member of NCJFCJ, Tiffany sits on multiple committees to assist in this change including the Legislative Committee, Membership Committee, Curriculum Committee, and Family Domestic Violence Advisory Committee. Tiffany formally sat on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters San Diego. Most recently through NCJFCJ Tiffany has partnered with The Children’s Law Center because a child’s story doesn’t end when the courtroom doors close; we must understand the long-term impact of giving—or denying—a child a voice in their proceedings.

As a child of divorce, Tiffany is uniquely sensitive to clients’ emotional experiences and how to move through them. She skillfully uncovers the “real” issues that need to be addressed to permanently resolve cases. Through grounded and practical guidance, along with a deep passion and a solid knowledge of the law, she establishes realistic expectations that help her clients thrive.

Tiffany strives to ensure that her clients feel heard and communicates with empathy, demonstrating kindness while also being firm when necessary. By clearly explaining the law and the reasoning behind it, she empowers her clients throughout the divorce process. Tiffany consistently seeks workable, equitable, and attainable resolutions to help prevent future litigation.

When family law matters do advance to litigation, Tiffany’s comprehensive understanding of legal nuances, exceptional preparation, and detailed legal briefs and arguments provide a strong foundation for significant credibility in the courtroom.

Tiffany was born in San Francisco, CA, and grew up in Seattle, WA. Tiffany attended Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY, where she played volleyball and graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Government.

Tiffany’s dream since a young age was to be a lawyer; she moved to San Diego in 2003, where she attended The University of San Diego School of Law and was a member of the International Law Journal. Tiffany also studied at The Dickson Poon School of Law at King’s College London.
