Kim is a true professional. She is incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of family law. I hired her to assist in reducing the amount of support I was paying and she ended up negotiating exactly what I wanted to happen. This was the 3rd time I've retained her (twice for support and once for a cus...tody issue) and she has prevailed each time with precisely what I was hoping to achieve. I could not be more happy with my experience. I highly recommend her and will continue to use her for any additional representation needed.

Kim became my attorney 3 years ago when I separated from my then husband and began the divorce process. Going through a divorce is life altering and full of stress. I first hired Kim in 2006 and she fiercely advocated for me in a very adversarial fight for custody, and because of Kim I ended up receiving exactly what I wanted. I recently needed Kim again for a complicated child support dispu...te and other disputes, and Kim remembered me right away and again helped me to resolve both issues in my favor. Not only is Kim an incredibly experienced family lawyer who knows the ins and outs of all the law and procedures, she is well-respected by the family law court and staff there. Kim gave me immeasurable advice, and recommended I take a class a class on conflict in parenting. I learned to focus my energy on my child and to end the constant anguish and stress of the fight with my ex and the resulting stress on my daughter. Let me begin by saying I am disabled physically and have a serious anxiety disorder. Kim was made aware of this . So with all that said , Kim is a mediocre attorney . You certainly get what you pay for when it comes to bringing on good,effective family law counsel . Kim was made to appear entirely in...competent at my trail . She was second attorney and you may think it's the clients problem not the attorney . So let's say that is true. She wants claim that things emerged in the trial she was unaware of . Consumers, this is a lie, and a result of plain laziness , because my file was perfectly arranged for her and I was charged for her to review my file . She knew my name and that was all she knew about me and my case. You can call this sour grapes because I lost , horribly .... Not close . Kim will say there were things in my file I didn't tell her about at trial . I had an excellent case and a bad attorney . The other side had a mountain too climb and the OC had that done upon walking into the court room . Kim was simple " bowled" over by the side . My bad for pinching pennies

Kim was hired for my custody case, child support, and to complete some remaining family issues that lingered from my divorce. She did an excellent job dealing with a very difficult and unreasonable Petitioner (not the opposing attorney, but the client). She was professional and helped guide me thro...ugh the headache that is family court. Thank you Kim for all that you did!
