I have been practicing in family law and civil litigation since 2007, having worked for various small to medium-sized law firms in the San Diego area before starting my own practice in June 2023. In the practice of family law, I have handled hundreds of divorces, legal separations, annulments, and motions for custody-visitation (including move-aways), child support and spousal support. I have also represented clients in domestic violence restraining orders, civil harassment restraining orders, and elder abuse restraining orders. I have also represented clients in step-parent adoptions. For clients who may not have the ability to pay a larger retainer deposit, I have also agreed to act as an advisory attorney only, meaning I allow the client to retain me on a per-hour, as-needed basis for narrow or specific parts or segments of the case, without becoming that client's attorney-of-record for the life of the case. This arrangement can be made, under some circumstances or with certain restrictions.
As a volunteer Pro Tem Judge, I have also volunteered my time to assist parties who attend settlement conferences for the purpose of obtaining a global resolution of the dissolution action's income, property and financial matters. I am also on the San Diego Superior Court's approved or certified list of attorneys who serve as counsel to minor children, when the courts require an attorney to directly represent a minor child affected by a high conflict custody dispute, or, due to some compelling reason necessitating legal representation for the child.
As a fluent Arabic speaker, I am also available to represent or assist clients whose first or only language may be Arabic.

Divorce is an emotionally taxing journey that can leave you feeling lost and vulnerable. However, amidst the storm, I found a true guiding light in Attorney William Hannosh. Facing a particularly complex and challenging divorce, I am beyond grateful to have had him by my side. From our very first ...

I worked with Sunnien Law and Mr Hannosh on my divorce case. I paid them for my divorce 4000$ in advance. As soon as I realized that Sunnien law spent all this money, I wrote them a letter that I don't want to work with their agency anymore, because I don't have a job and money and I am actually an...

I worked with William Hannosh for more than 6 months, which ended up miserable. I also visited his office in San Diego and saw some Christian decoration there. I go to church too. In my opinion, I believe we should differentiate a churchgoer and a Christian. Based on the Bible, God sees every single...
"William Hannosh and I worked together on a civil litigation matter in 2015 and 2016. He is a great litigator - compassionate with clients and highly ethical in the practice of law. I give him my highest recommendation."
"It is hard to find a more kind and ethical attorney than Will. He is deeply caring and committed to his clients. He'll work countless hours to make sure that he is prepared for a hearing. Will is extremely likable and well liked and respected among his peers. But behind this calm and kind demeanor lies a grizzly bear just waiting to come out. Will really comes to life in the courtroom. It's really something to watch him cross examine a witness. While Will is settlement-oriented, he's a skilled litigator. He's the kind of attorney who can take the case all the way."
"Will is an ethical, well-prepared, well-spoken, and well-versed attorney. I often seek his advice on evidence issues when going to trial. His clients get 100% professionalism and total commitment from him."
"I recommend Will to you. I have known Will for several years and he is a very dedicated, smart and caring attorney!"
"Knowledge of law and procedure, without more, makes for an average attorney. But a good listener who is genuinely concerned for the welfare of his clients and outraged by injustice makes for a great attorney, and Mr. Hannosh is that kind of advisor. I have known Mr. Hannosh for about 15 years and he is unwavering in his compassion and dedication to the practice of law."
"I have referred a number of Family Law cases to Will and will continue to do so. He handles them compassionately, passionately, and comprehensively. HIs integrity and reputation are impeccable."
"If you're looking for a fearless advocate who will go to bat for you inside and outside the courtroom, look no further. Will Hannosh is a highly respected family law and elder abuse litigation attorney in the community. He's the consummate professional--a lawyer's lawyer with impeccable integrity and a desire to right the wrongs his clients have endured. It is my privilege to endorse him."
"Not only is Mr. Hannosh a highly skilled and knowledgeable attorney, he also brings unsurpassed levels of integrity to his practice and dedication & compassion to his clients."
