Scammer!

This lady doesn't know what is unauthorized employment...I looked it up myself...plus as an immediate relative to USC, it is forgiven if disclosed.

You posted, here on Avvo, seeking help to complete your application. You asked if your actions could be considered unlawful employment. They could be considered unlawful employment. Immigration officers have wide discretion. As the spouse of a US citizen, unlawful employment is forgiven. What is not automatically forgiven is misrepresentation. It is far better to disclose your actions then to risk unnecessary concealment. I strongly suggest that you listen to attorneys rather than the AI overview. When on Avvo, keep in mind that 1) This is a general Q&A site and not a private consultation. We answer questions that are asked. We do not cover every aspect of a case. You asked 4 or 5 questions and I took the time to answer each one. 2) This is a site where as attorneys, we volunteer our time. We are not paid for our answers. 3) Calling an attorney a "scammer" because you do not like their answer is not only unnecessary and disrespectful. It is libel.

Horrible Attorney!!!!

Please stay away from her!!! I asked a question on this site. Without fully understanding my situation and which country I was talking about, she offered wrong advice with no strong point to support. I commented on her answers and also shared my real experience to explain why I believed her answers w...ere not true. Without further communication, she flagged my common question and deleted it. If a lawyer cannot accept critical comments and doesn't have a strong expertise in her field. What kind of lawyer is this?

Actually, you posted your comment twice and, did not like the answers you received from 6-7 different attorneys and then you personally insulted me, telling me that I did not know what I was talking about and then you personally insulted another attorney - insinuating that he did not know what he talking talking about. Together, we have two doctorate degrees and over 40 years of experience. It is not us that does not understand immigration law. It is you - as all of us here have explained to you. The application has been denied twice. At this point, an approval is highly unlikely - as every one of us has told you. Next time you ask for free legal advice, from a group of professionals, be respectful. Personal attacks will always result in a deletion of your comments.

Very Knowledgeable and Brilliant Attorney

I had a pending case which took years. I consulted with a lot of lawyers and they all advised that I withdraw my pending application and reapply because even if a decision is to be made regarding my pending application, it would be denied. I consulted with Charity and she advised that I need not w...ithdraw my pending application. I hired her and within 4 - 5 months my case was approved. I’m so glad I encountered and hired Charity and took her advise not to withdraw my pending case as this could have caused me more delay. There are a lot of immigration lawyers out there but I can boldly say few are knowledgeable and Charity is one of the knowledgeable ones. I highly recommend Charity to anyone with an immigration case.

My favorite attorney

Just when I was looking for help regarding immigration, I found a great attorney in Charity Anderson. I was very skeptical at the beginning but she familiarized me into the whole process. With her knowledge and experience in the immigration matters, I hired her immediately but was low in confidence ...and there were also some fears of getting abandoned, especially due to virtual communication and time zones. As I progressed working with her, my confidence grew and so did my trust in her. She never left my side and answered every query of mine and understood my situation and made great suggestions to make the whole process go smoothly first time right which is exactly what and how I wanted it to be.
