Horrible Attorney!!!!

Please stay away from her!!! I asked a question on this site. Without fully understanding my situation and which country I was talking about, she offered wrong advice with no strong point to support. I commented on her answers and also shared my real experience to explain why I believed her answers w...ere not true. Without further communication, she flagged my common question and deleted it. If a lawyer cannot accept critical comments and doesn't have a strong expertise in her field. What kind of lawyer is this?

Actually, you posted your comment twice and, did not like the answers you received from 6-7 different attorneys and then you personally insulted me, telling me that I did not know what I was talking about and then you personally insulted another attorney - insinuating that he did not know what he talking talking about. Together, we have two doctorate degrees and over 40 years of experience. It is not us that does not understand immigration law. It is you - as all of us here have explained to you. The application has been denied twice. At this point, an approval is highly unlikely - as every one of us has told you. Next time you ask for free legal advice, from a group of professionals, be respectful. Personal attacks will always result in a deletion of your comments.

The worst lawyer I have ever worked with

She's only approachable by emails. Once you signed retainer and paid her, she never picked up and returned to your call. Even you wrote email to schedule call, her response is "you can try me tomorrow". She wasn't available to call to discuss about my case because she had dental surgery and fell asle...ep on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. When I decided to tell her that I can no longer work with her, she accused me "You are shooting yourself in the foot" and "control your anxiety". Eventually she will give you a huge bill larger than the entire fee of preparing and submitting the case, even though you just signed retainer on last Friday and then she wasn't able to talk in the next Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. I never post bad review to any person or organization, she is exceptional. Learn from my experience, just never hire her or even wasting your time to talk to her in the beginning.

Xueyan, Actually, what I wrote was "I know that you are anxious about the process but everything is going as planned." I can forward you that email if you like. The fact that I communicate with my clients through email is listed on the very first page of the Agreement of Representation. At that point, we had exchanged 40 emails. Yet, you were still displeased and felt like I was not providing you with enough attention. This was the reason you left your first attorney. I suspect it was a problem with the third and fourth attorneys as well. Billing and refunds are clearly listed in the Agreement of Representation. Yes, of course, you were billed for those 40 emails and for the other work performed on your case. Charity Anderson, Esq.

FRAUD

Terrible and a FRAUD!!! Stay away for your own good! I wouldn't be surprised if the the 5-star reviews on here were made up by her. I'm tellin you, SHE IS A FRAUD! I wasted hearly a year and a half with this FRAUD.

Missed many details

She botched my case, luckily I switched lawyers and I’m SO happy I did because if she’d filed my application it would have been filed without several more documents I needed to include! Close call! Just get yourself a lawyer with a better reputation. This one is not great. Unprofessional in emails an...d bad attitude. Glad she’s not my lawyer.
