Excellent Attorney

Joel Bailey handled my case in a professional and experienced manner. He was able to lessen my original charge and lower my overall fines. He has done a fine job and if I ever need an attorney in the future, he is the one I'm choosing.

Very Attentive and Responsible

I had hired this attorney for a criminal defense imatter. I appreciated the fact that he is bi-lingual (Spanish/English) and that he was excellent in providing advice on legal issues. He showed up on time on each hearing date and gave good legal representation. I recommend Mr. Joel Bailey to those s...eeking a caring and excellent attorney.

Had a DUI with 0.24 and Joel got a great plea bargain - DUI classes, Ankle-bracelet and NO community service. It was fast, and now I can move on with life. Thanks.

Joel Bailey is conscientious, honest, and down-to-earth

I can't say I am a repeat customer because I only had a consultation with Joel Bailey this time around. He has represented a friend of mine years ago and was top notch. Due to that outcome and experience, when I thought I would need legal representation I went straight to Joel Bailey. We met at his o...ffice and he is warm and kind and makes you feel relaxed. He was easy to talk to and plainly advised me I could hire him, but he didn't think I would need to based upon the situation I explained to him. He knew who the officers were by name and their histories. He spoke with confidence and honesty. I appreciate his ethics and integrity. And what he expected to be the outcome of my case was exactly how it went. Joel Bailey has been a fantastic attorney and couldn't be a better guy.

Overall Rating 5 Stars for ALL of the Above

We were referred to an attorney in the area by a large local church resource. That attorney referred us to Joel. As you can see from the 5 stars on everything above, Joel was an Excellent Professional to have been referred to us. He was all of the above @ 5 stars, very personable, caring, quickly acc...essible, thorough, helpful during the process and following up on the process. He went above and beyond in representation and followup procedures. Joel not only seemed to be an Excellent Attorney & Professional, but also a friend in the process. Thought of him at Christmas time (thoughtfully thankful) that he had been referred to us and that he had well represented the case.
