Efficient and compassionate lawyer

Joel has shown first-rate professionalism as well as true compassion regarding my situation. I am a foreigner, and he took his time to clearly, patiently, explained to me what was at stake and what he would do. He brilliantly executed his plan and I am so thankful : Joel worked so agressively that ...my case was even not filed ! With more than 20 years of experience, it's clear that his has gained a lot of respect from the DA, deputees, and judges in various courts of San Diego. I indubitably recommend/endorse Mr Bailey for his remarkable commitment and effectiveness : expect his job done beyond your expectations !

Joel did an amazing job for me! Call him now if you need a lawyer!!

He basically saved my life. My future is still ahead of me because of Joel. He listened and did not judge. He never made promises he couldn't keep and his decisions regarding my case were always well thought out. I can't imagine where I'd be if I hadn't called and then hired Joel. He is awesome!...!

Recommend!! He will help you out

I never thought I would be in such a horrible situation being arrested and charged with 3 heavy charges felonies, I heard from Joel thru a good friend that had good feed back from Joel and his services, I first sent him a text telling him my situation, in a matter of minutes I got a reply and phone c...all to come in and over look my case, we had a consultation and by the end of it he explained everything in a professional matter and making me feel better about tackling this situation, he also is really reasonable on price just let him know if u were referred, even better yet he's located rite across the street from the court house and also has over 20 years of experience in his career and good relationship with the people at the court house, after two court dates whicheck I didn't even have to step foot in a court room or go out of my way from work he handled everything accurate and professionally, he got things to and end agreement reduce the charge Disturbing the Peace to an infraction (no probation), and convinced them to give me credit for time served against the fine, so officially done! No fine, no probation, no conviction for anything other than an infraction (the equivalent of a parking ticket). Truly amazing guy if I ever need a lawyer which I hope I never do again! I will be in touch thanks again Joel! ✌

Very Attentive and Responsible

I had hired this attorney for a criminal defense imatter. I appreciated the fact that he is bi-lingual (Spanish/English) and that he was excellent in providing advice on legal issues.
