Excellent Customer Service and Trustworthy

Joel was recommended to me for unfortunately, my first DUI. The process was really confusing and I had a lot of questions, not to mention both stare and federal lost my documentation at points. Joel was amazing with keeping me informed, keeping me up to date with my court dates and even got my sen...tence lowered/shortened. I can't say how much I appreciate him and his work. I have already recommended him to other individuals in similar situations.

Best attorney

Joel represented me in my case and I can not tell you how pleased I am with the turn out. Well let’s get real I have had to hire him more than once. On one occasion I got all my charges dismissed which was Imperative due to my work. Joel is available to you and walks you through step by step. The bes...t attorney ever.

Bailey is The Best

Mr Bailey helped me with Hit and Run charge along with accompanying Fraud charges that at first looked and felt impossible to fight but in the end worked out a very acceptable and what I was told of, an unheard of deal. I would recommend Mr. Bailey to anyone who needs an experienced lawyer who knows ...exactly how the Vista court house works as well as how the Judges and DA handle cases. Thanks again Joel, I hope I never have to call you but I definitely know I would in the future.

DUI Defense

Joel Bailey was a great help to me when I had no idea of what to do. Efficient and compassionate lawyer

Joel has shown first-rate professionalism as well as true compassion regarding my situation.
