I am blessed with a job that I love and am committed to giving my clients the best legal representation possible.
Our firm handles consumer rights litigation. We represent individuals who have been harassed or sued by debt collectors. A significant portion of our practice is also dedicated to foreclosure defense and fighting against loan modification abuse by banks and servicers. We can also represent you when faced with repossession, identity theft, or if you happen to find false information on your credit report.
I am always accessible by phone or email and keep in constant contact with all my clients. You can never call or email me too frequently. We will respond to all your questions immediately.
I never compromise my ethics or honesty. I will fight for you all the way through trial if necessary. I have numerous trial victories including a seven-figure jury trial. In four years I have either won or gotten dismissed over 200 collection cases. I take cases all over the state of California.
