Excellent Help

Mr. Dupre was referred to me after I had a terrible time with my former attorney who would not return my calls. I had been getting harassed by a debt collection law firm about a debt that I did not owe, and they were threatening me to take me to court and take money from my bank account and were reporting this on my credit score. My credit was almost perfect before this. Mr. Dupre agreed to help me, and he did an excellent job. He is a straight shooter, sensitive to my feelings, and I am very lucky to have found him. He fought the debt collector and we won. I was really down before I met Mr. Dupre and am thankful to him.

Honest and Caring

I'm a senior with a heart condition. I got a bill from my credit card company chase that had over $5,000 worth of charges that I did not make. I tried explaining this to Chase and they did not want to listen to me and instead said I had to pay. I was referred by another lawyer to call Ben. When I spoke to Ben he was very kind, and listened to my story. I was able to get it all fixed up and am grateful for Ben's service.

Very grateful to Ben

I first met Ben around 2010, he was referred to me. I was going through a nightmare, having a very difficult time with Chase, and trying to keep my home. Ben is an extraordinary listener and spent a great deal of time with me understanding me and then talking about my options and consumer legal rights. We filed the case and it took a few years to get resolved, but we were very successful and I was able to keep my house and successfully resolved my problem with Chase. I will be forever grateful to Ben and highly recommend him.

Excellent

I am a senior citizen on a very limited income. I had a problem with a Hospital bill from Regional Medical Center. They would not work with me and charged me thousands of dollars and hired a lawyer to go after me. I found Ben and he hired an expert and the expert found that the charges were extremely excessive. Ben got the lawyer to dismiss their case against me and delete the account from my credit report. I was so thankful for Ben, he did way more than I expected.

Great Help

Ben was a God send. After my identity was stolen I was able to clear up most of the issues but there was one that I could not seem to solve. After my credit score dropped several hundred point I felt so helpless and thought there was no way to resolve the issue. That's when I contacted Ben. He really got to know me and the entire situation. He was so patient and kept me informed the entire time always checking on how I was feeling. Ben gave me a whole new view and respect for our legal system. He is extremely kind hearted. If ever you find yourself in a situation where Ben can help, do not hesitate to contact him. My credit score is back to where it was and all issues are resolved.

Credit report errors

I first met Ben around 6 years ago, and was going through a hard time in my life that included having nightmares. Ben helped me through and I felt a lot of relief after he took my case and we were fully successful. His service was very personal and always with quick responses to all my questions. very honest and very caring

I hired Ben when I was going through a very difficult financial time in my life. I am very happy with my decision. He was very caring, knowledgeable, and really gave me peace again in navigating through the legal process and asserting my consumer rights. We discussed many options before finally making a decision as to the best course, which was filing in federal court. He truly cares about people and helping them. Correcting Credit Report

Ben helped me to identify errors on my credit report that were causing lenders to reject loans I was actually qualified for. He drafted a letter for me to sign and send to my credit agency thus resolving the discrepancies on my report. Ben told me to contact him in two to three weeks regarding the status of the case. I know that he will see this through to the end and I look forward to having my credit restored. Ben is very friendly and took time to make sure he understood my feelings.
