Change my Attitude about Lawyers - sooo impressed

I have to say that I heard about Ray regarding a potential law suit and I was very reluctant to go forward. I had never done anything like that. After talking a our company lawyer and looking into tit with him he said he was over his head with the whole thing and advised me to look at going with Ray. Ray you were so patient with me - took me a while initially to get back to correspondence request. Well after I saw the quality of communications and the transparency I was sold. I went from slow coms to fast coms. Loved listing to the video casts Ray put together. It has been a real pleasure. I am super delight with the outcome and would be more than happy to recommend Ray. Please give him a shot - he is worth a try and I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Thank you sooo much Ray!

Ray has been representing me in a case around an unlawful change in employment agreements resulting in a high tax liability. Ray has been communicative throughout the process and I have known what is going on at every step along the way. Recently I needed legal help around the structure of a consulting agreement. I reached out to several friends who work on the corporate side of the house and got answers that they really didn’t have anything that was consultant favorable or middle of the line as a template. A bit discouraged, I emailed Ray for his advise on a few provisions - he immediately responded and provided invaluable feedback. I did not need much of anyone’s time, but am not a lawyer and was out of my element. I truly appreciate Ray’s advice even though he was in no way obligated or engaged for this manner and did it pro bono. He will be my first point of contact going forward.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Throughout this lawsuit, I was very impressed with the high level (timely, thorough) of communications from Ray and his staff, and if I had questions, I was able to depend on the response to be rapid - not always the case with attorneys, but Ray is in my opinion a huge cut above the rest. Plus I was very pleased with the results!

Push Ups at 3 AM

We hired Ray to prosecute a big arbitration for us. He positioned us beautifully for a big win - so much so that the other side requested mediation on the eve of trial. Ray didn't relent and the mediation went through the night as we pressed to get in settlement just about everything we could have won in the arbitration - in the wee hours of the morning after an all nighter, Ray was doing push ups to keep himself sharp. We settled for a no-risk, fantastic result!

Very responsive

Being part of a class action with many, many clients, I found the Gallo law team to be on the ball with timely video updates and emails through out. I thought this case was a real "shot in the dark" but Ray thought otherwise.
