Biography
My first job as a bankruptcy attorney was in Santa Ana, CA working for the largest consumer bankruptcy firm in the U.S.A. I commuted 90 miles each way from San Diego for several months to gain valuable work experience and knowledge of the bankruptcy practice.
I then transferred to a large consumer bankruptcy firm in San Diego where I learned more including the local rules of The Southern District of California.
In October, 2008 I opened my own law practice in Mission Valley focusing on bankruptcy, asset protection and debt settlement.
Each client's case is important to me and all clients receive personalized professional attention start to finish and beyond.

Simply the BEST
When my husband and I first met Dan Shay in his office, we were expecting to get the "hard sell". It was nothing of the sort! He took close to an hour with us, going over everything he could, and would do for us. He was 100% honest when telling us what we could and could NOT expect from his services....
