I found Charlene Usher’s profile on this site Aug 8, 2016 and called her office. My initial consultation with Charlene Usher was 8/18/2016. As much as I was nervous, she was prepared and thoroughly explained the process of California Probate Laws. My biggest concern was the fact that I leave ~1400 mi...les away from Riverside County. Charlene reiterated the fact that a large percentage of her climate base for Probate case live outside the state of California. I immediately felt confident and please she was on my Team. Our strategy was simple, she showed me the timeline and explained key miles stone. In order for us to hit the timeline all she required is quick response to document require attention. Petition was file 8/31/16 followed by some hearings, the Letters of Administrations was granted in Nov2016. Once the Letter of Admin was granted. Charlene guided me on what documents she needed for filings, paired me with other members of her team to handle Administrating task and Real Estate Strategies. My schedule required me to travel 50% of the time Charlene understood that and had file of document available for me so I could review and expedite to her. If it was something she need immediately, she explained the urgency. Charlene and staff are extremely detailed and diligent at what they do for their clients. As clients, as long as we have fast response time and are prepared, this difficult emotional process came be accomplished in a timely manner.
