I am passionate about helping families, individuals and business owners protect themselves during incapacity and plan for the disposition of their assets to whom they want, when they want and how they want when their life ends through proper ESTATE PLANNING. I pride myself on explaining how to avoid Probate and why you need the documents I'm recommending while giving you seasoned advice to help YOU make the decisions that are right for you. We go the extra mile to make sure your ESTATE PLAN is EFFECTIVE for you AND your family!
I also serve families of loved ones who have passed away through Estate Administration (handling the affairs when a Trust or Will was in place) OR through the maze of the PROBATE system when things were not handled or not handled properly. We hold your hand and make sure all loose ends are tied.
I also help adult children or other relatives obtain Conservatorship of the Person and/or Estate of their elderly relatives who may need help with their financial or medical affairs.
I also help families of SPECIAL NEEDS children put the right documents in place so that their child or grandchild does not jeoparidze important government benefits and services due to receiving an inheritance. lawsuit settlement or insurance payout.
Being a mom, daughter, sister, relative of a special needs person all make me sensitive to the issues people face and compassionate when giving my advice and recommendations.
I love the beach, skiing, tennis and golf in my free time. Mostly, I love spending time witih my daughter and watching her grow and develop!
