Attorney Bob D'Andrea handled both initial filing and RFE respond of my H-1B petition. The approval comes only days after the RFE documents mailed out. What can I say? Some of them yes they will accompany you but they will have an additional fee on that. Some lawyers will literally leave you behind and they are just with you on filing up USCIS forms. Aileen also keep touch basis with us all throughout the process and always email me updates on my case. Attorney Susu also make sure that we are all prepared prior to interview by doing a mock interview on us. They were able to submit all the required documents for our green card. They are very straightforward, no empty promises. Ms Aileen, the office manager was also ver...y accommodating.
