Xiaojie and Yaping handled our case (marriage-based green card) and we were very happy with the process and the outcome. Despite this being a relatively simple case, Xiaojie and Yaping were responsive to all of our questions in a highly professional way. My partner and I felt very confident walking into the interview thanks to their guidance along the way. Personally, I’ve also had a few consultation with Xiaojie on other issues - my transition from OPT to H1B and eventually green card all benefited more or less through this relationship. Super responsible, efficient, and trustworthy

My new company failed to transfer my H1B before I started working there. So my H1B got canceled. At that time, I felt helpless. Xiaojie and her legal assistant Yaping helped me get my green card. They were very patient and gentle. To apply for a green card, you need to prepare documentation and an interview. Bringing My Family Home After 2 Years of Separation

Due to COVID, and other complications, my wife, son, and I were separated for almost 2 years. There weren’t very clear directions in how to handle the situation, so we contacted Lawyer Meng. Great experience!

My husband and I are so thankful that we found Marta to help us with my green card application. She and her staff are very professional and pleasant to work with.
