I am a US citizen and I am marrying a Hatian national. I found Ted through yelp and chose him because he was very personable, knowledgeable, and responsive. The process by nature felt stressful and anxious at times but Ted was there at every step of the way to answer questions, and ease any concern...s. He has a fantastic template to follow. It was cookie-cutter. If you fill out his template and provide him with the necessary documents I am confident that you will have a successful application process. And as far as price: I searched several lawyers prior to ted even paying consultation to one. Ted was by far the most reasonable and money well spent. I will not hesitate to use him for any immigration services.

I am a U.S. citizen who married a Chinese national, and I took some time to search for attorneys after finding out that agencies who offer similar services will NOT actually legally represent you through your case but just help you out with the paperwork. I had settled on a local attorney after makin...g calls to several, yet was not too happy after finding reviews on the local attorney that stated that his clients had a really tough time communicating with him directly, and that his secretaries did little more than send per-written instructions on how to fill out paperwork when they did respond. That's when I found Avvo and read Ted's stellar reviews, and was truly impressed with how people said he was so prompt in following up and pleasant to deal with, and would even answer questions after the case was completed!! I went against the advice of close friends and family who said the process would be a breeze and that attorneys over-charge. That was absolutely not true, there were hurdles every step of the way and Ted Huang was always there to give us a prompt response and advise and help us out. Sometimes his responses would come late at night or on the weekends or even Sundays...his work ethic seems unreal sometimes. I'm happy to say we cleared the USCIS without a hitch. We had a long waiting time to get all that processed but then we went straight to NVC and hit every step along the way also without a hitch. My wife and I were truly confident on the day of her embassy interview, knowing we had prepared the best application possible. The officer asked her very few questions before approving her, and I know that was in part due to the volumes that our well-prepared application told about us. My wife and I hired Ted Huang in 2016 to apply for a K-1 Visa and Green card. Along every step of the way, he was responsive, thorough on all forms/evidence provided, and timely with each form submission. One of the greatest challenges I had felt for myself and my wife was during her consulate interv...iew in China. By providing us with a sample questionnaire and list of acceptable evidence to provide during the interview ensured the interview went without a hitch. Even with some of delays that the USCIS had with our work authorization being provided, he helped us to stay positive and how to continue to press to ensure it would arrive within a timely fashion. Just a week ago, Ted had accompanied us to our USCIS interview to validate our marriage/approval for the Green card. During the interview he helped clarify some details for my wife to help understand the questioning and confusion on the medical examination portion of form submission. Honestly, I believed if we decided to have gone with a different lawyer, we wouldn't have been able to go through this entire process as seamless.
