Throughout the process (which took years), Ted did a very excellent job in communicating to both me and my employer before, during, and after the petition submitted. He is very responsive, answering all of our questions, replying to all of our emails (sometimes he replied instantly), and he kept us updated with any progress. On my side, "the waiting game" torture became bearable when Ted still answered all my e-mails/questions even when sometimes there's no updates for months or nothing you or your lawyer can do to expedite the petition (I'm referring to the whole green card process). I also reviewed all Ted's work on my petition (based on the copy that he gave me). He was very detailed with his work. He made copies of all paperwork and it's all very organized. I can tell that he put many hours working hard preparing for my case. During my adjustment status interview, I printed out and prepared all supporting documents (tax returns, paystubs, degree, certificates, etc.), and the IO didn't ask me for any of it, not even a single document. I think it's because Ted did a great job preparing and submitting the petition.
