Mr. Sorell comes with good references. However, he did not respect my time. He is apparently in quite high demand, which is reflected in the courtesy he shows his presumably minor clients. My relatively minor questions and comments on his contracts received no response. I was left feeling that he was more concerned with getting my check than with providing client service. I am relieved that I learned early in the process. Having worked with both personal and business counsel over 20 years, his approach was not unprecedented - but was certainly indicative of a successful practice without adequate time for minor clients.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
Steve Sorell understands how business works, how taxes work, and what business owners can do to make a profit and to pass the business on within the family. He understands 'the business of business' as he is fond of saying. He is practical and direct; he gets the job done, and enjoys the doing of it. AND he has common sense!
